Outstanding service. I purchased RAM and NVMe SSD upgrades from Amazon, but when it came to actually swapping it out, I am all thumbs. So I looked around on Yelp, and here I am. Jon with Pacific NorthWest Computers is awesome. Very friendly and very helpful and very efficient. My two year old laptop is better than brand new now.Thank you Jon!

Like some of the other commenters here, I selected Jon based on the reviews, and it being a small local business. I am so glad I did! Jon was absolutely fantastic. I brought my laptop in to him for some overheating and fan issues, and he was in contact with me throughout his whole process. He was flexible and understanding and able to explain exactly what was wrong and what he was doing to fix it. I will definitely be calling him first for any future laptop needs! Thank you for restoring my laptop to practically new!

My laptop crashed one day, which led to multiple bluescreen errors. The stopcodes displayed onscreen were different every time, which made troubleshooting an exercise in frustration. I contacted Jon for help; he suggested a number of things for me to try troubleshooting, free of charge. I was unable to diagnose the problem, so I brought it into his shop. He was able to figure out that almost all of my drivers were out of date, saving me much time and frustration, and was able to explain the issues to me in plain language; as he put it, I have a Chevrolet engine in a Ford chassis - functional, but not exactly orthodox. I really appreciated his patience and kindness!After he updated all my core drivers for me, I was able to determine that the issues I was having with audio, a secondary issue to the bluescreens, continued. Jon was so patient as we emailed back and forth trying to determine the cause. I ended up bringing the laptop into his shop a second time; it was another driver issue. But because my laptop's hardware is... uniquely configured, it's not something that would have been easy for me to fix on my own. It was well worth bringing in my laptop for a second look (and second fee); I have been able to enjoy music again!His prices are more than fair for the excellent customer service he provides.

After reading reviews and hoping to support a local business ,I chose to call Jon , he got back to me in a speedy manner and fixed a usb port on our xbox one s and it works like new again, he will be our new tech guy, super friendly , good pricing and glad we went with Pacific Northwest Computers.

Jon is awesome!! He diagnosed a couple of our deceased MacBooks (no charge) and advised they were not worth the refurb costs. But he was able to get all the data off one for usb cost and some labor. Fast, friendly, honest, local. Will be back!

Jon has been amazing with my complicated computer stuff. I spilled coconut oil in my laptop (don't ask, haha) and he was able to get it all cleaned up, replaced the screen, back case, camera, and mic. He did such a great job and my camera works even better than the one I had before! Great price! He also did a hard drive wipe for me last year! Definitely will keep going to him! Nice guy too!

Excellent, reliable advice and service. Jon's intent is to fix your computer problems with an honest work ethic. He's not about doing bandaid fixes if you need a new computer.

I needed some help with a very misbehaving mouse. I contacted this company and got a personal message back and was able to figure out my problem after that. While I did not have to take my computer in for repair this time because of the nice response and help I will definitely make this my Computer First stop when I need it again. Thanks!!!

I worked with PNW Computers and Jon through an insurance claim after botched shipping. Jon diagnosed the problems, generated a solution and price which I was able to use to successfully resolve the claim. He completed the work, including acquiring parts, more than expeditiously. Jon was positive, responsive, and professional. Highly Recommended.
