In one of their stores they say hello when you walk in. In this store off andreason you are lucky they even look up from their chairs. Most act like they don't even want to be there. Busy or not they are slow

This is the only parts store I go to now. The guys working there are great. They are always happy to help any way they can and always with a smile. O'Reilly auto parts has really stepped up and become the best parts shop there is. They always have the cheapest price and if not they will price match.

I encountered a minor technical issue while trying to scan a code for a particular automotive part. Despite being busy attending to other customers, the O'Reillys team graciously took the time to help me troubleshoot and successfully scan the code. Their willingness to go above and beyond, even for a seemingly small request, truly exemplified their dedication to customer satisfaction.But it didn't stop there.
