Fast, friendly, safety oriented, very helpful and easy to work with. We recently had our kid total his car. The tow company was quick to the scene. Made sure we were safe and out of traffic. Got us squared away and took his car to their yard. The driver was very friendly, kept making sure we didn’t venture out into traffic. Very thankful for their driver and his kindness and assistance! Definitely worth calling when you’re in a bad spot!

This company with the help of vancouver pd steal from the middle class. Twice i have had my car towed in vancouver on a public roadway. Unless you check your car every single day, there is a 100% chance your car will get towed everyday. God forbid you get sick and cannot check on your car for a couple days. $430 later for a 1200 car. They get so many people and go after cheap cars/ middle class apartment complexes and housing areas because unfortunately if you do not have the full amount they will just keep it, file for a lost title and sell it at their auction. I Asked if they could work with me at all. They said, i quote.. "yeah if you pay $200 and give me a clean signed title that they would keep the car and everything would be great. Somthing needs to change in this city and with companys like this.

Short tempered, passive aggressive and a little dramatic but once you get past their prickly persona they are FAIRLY helpful.

The attention via telephone is terrible, the woman who answered me was too rude, at first she gave me a price to pick up my car and when I went for it, the price doubled to 200 and rose to more than 400 dollars, they abuse the service that they offer to the government, I would not even give them a star for bad service and customer service.

Man do they guys know their stuff and the tow guy was so friendly and got fast to pick up the Tesla thank you guys! Another tow company said they had experience but could not with the Tesla sedan and good that orchards towing could!
