Hats off to Rachel T who rang up my purchases today. She actually walked around her counter to place my purchased items in my cart! I believe in the 5+ years I've been shopping there, this is the first time a clerk was this helpful. As a 65+ adult, it was truly a blessing that she took the time to put the items in my basket. Thank you, Rachel T.!!!!

An advertised price in the window was not honored. We were told it had expired at the end of February (two days ago) but the sign had not been removed. Every other store I've been in would have taken down the sign but honored the price, which shows basic customer service. The cashier did ask and was told no.

I backed into a car leaving a minor scratch. I parked and waited for the other driver. She came out with an employee. They both claimed it was major damage and “oh my, the sensors!” My car is twice as expensive. There was no damage to the sensors. To act like there was major damage and to treat me badly when I stayed, to give my info, was wrong!! I will never be back. Employees shouldn’t have anything to do with a backing incident. If I had not stayed, sure, then the store should care. But I stood outside with my info ready to correct my mistake only to be berated by an employee and the other driver. The insurance can handle it, not some employee that has no idea what actual “major damage” looks like. Not a scratch. Here is the MAJOR DAMAGE!!! That I was treated so poorly for. I’m livid and disgusted by the treatment I got here. I won’t be back.

Not in my neighborhood, but stopped by because I was in the area. Received tremendous advice for a painting product I was doing by a gentleman named Dan (I think?) and I would strongly recommend over larger stores.

Absolutely love this store and how great they are when I bring my dog in. We found a fabulous brand of ALL NATURAL dog food for our boy that includes kibble, toppers, protein, and treats and our guy is in love! Lucky for my pocketbook there is a rewards program!

Really helpful staff.... Bought pellets for cat litter as trying to save a little & 40lb of pellets was $7.49.... huge savings compared to usual cat litter... Was recommended to try here & glad I did.... Lovely chap in the warehouse even loaded our purchase .... ?

I would give a zero if I could. Been coming here for 20 years! Service used to be good and products were less expensive here than anywhere else. Recently prices have gone up and customer service is near non existent.We were put on a list to get rid of one of our roosters that we actually got from here as a baby and didn’t know it was a roo.Long story short we got taken off the list for no reason. The owners son (the manager) was extremely rude and could care less.We spend over $300 a month here in pet feed. To be treated this way is unprofessional and unethical

I primarily go for dog supplies, and they always have what I need. It is a quick trip with friendly service each time. Plus, they keep track of my purchases, so I get a free bag of food after 12.

I came in to look around and then got on a truck to get a pic and a guy started asking if i cam her to buy something i said no then they said to leave bc they where assuming us off stealing and then a guy pushed my friend and then they said we are aloud to hit anyone i got so confused then the guy got in to my friend face and then said he will kick are ass then we got on the side walk than a woman came to us and then i sta to record then she said she didn't give us consent to film her I said we on public property she slapped my hand i am only 14 and my friend is 14 have video proof they follow you around so you don't still when came in no hi or an just silent

Ace hardware, local nursery, feed store combo with excellent customer service! I love the locally made dog treats and the locally made pickles. I appreciate their expertise. I highly recommended this business.

Orchards feed store took care of my grandma. She went there from the 70s till 2012, they would load her chicken feed for her. When she got to old to do it, this store has everything from hardware to feed and more, they treat you like the way of old times.
