I don't understand how every gd ontrac delivery gets dropped right in front of my gate so I have to climb over it to be able to move the box and open it. Ups does not have this problem. Every week we are blocked in. It's ridiculous. Do better.

i ordered something online and unfortunately, they shipped my package through ontrac. i was given no updates for about a week and reading reviews and experiences from reddit, i was really worried since this is a christmas present.contacting costumer service was impossible as the only number ontrac has on their site is only an automated message telling you to track your package online and then it hangs up on you and on their site, i couldn't find a live chat at all, it was only a bot.however, i was extremely excited as they updated the tracking info as soon as my package reached vancouver, as i had thought they had lost my package and i've also seen reviews where they delay packages for monthsbut also, that didn't stop the fear as i have seen reviews claiming ontrac leaves packages out on sidewalks, steal packages, and other stuff so i still had to be hopefulmy package was delivered days before it was expected (by the seller) (took about 8 days in total)like a lot of reviews mentioned, the delivery driver didn't knock and he did leave it out in the porch, but i actually heard him approaching, so i was lucky my package wasn't out there for long. the delivery driver drove a green van without any ontrac logos, and green isn't a color ontrac uses so it feels kinda cheap and unprofessionaloverall, my experience wasn't as bad as other reviews put it but i think i prove ontrac can be somewhat reliable, they're just very unprofessional.

Terrible. My husband and I ordered our pet's prescription medication and it is going to be at least 3 days late because they "had difficulty delivering" to our apartment complex, which has a call box that they can call us directly with and an office with a HUGE sign. Any other delivery driver would stop by the clearly marked office for help, but I guess OnTrac doesn't understand basic human communication and apartment logistics. Thankfully my dog seems to be doing okay as she's relatively early in disease progression, but it can't be good for her to be off her prescribed medication for days at a time while we wait for this incompetent company to figure out how to work a call box.

That’s it! After reading the reviews I’m going to apply for a job with this company. I can drive around town in a company truck full of other people stuff, say I delivered it then find a secluded place to park and open all of the packages and take what I want to resell on eBay. Then dump everything in a dumpster and call it a day and get paid to do it. This is a dream job!

I am appalled by how this company operates. Amazon, FedEx, UPS, they ALL KNOCK. But these guys? Nope. Not even when they deliver MEDICAL SUPPLIES! I had my insulin pump supplies stolen because they didn't knock. They never do. And I live in an apartment, which makes it that much more egregious that they never knock. It's ridiculous. I hate that my pump supplier uses them. They used to use FedEx, never had an issue. But ever since they switched? Nothing but problems.

I'd give zero if I could. My packages that are delivered from this company literally has never gotten to me. They get stolen because the leave it on a public side walk outside of my apartment. They don't follow deliver instructions. I live in a closed apartment and have a call box for access. They just leave it outside on the side walk resulting in my order getting stolen.

The worst delivery and customer service. My packages are repeatedly sent out for delivery in the INCORRECT STATE, and despite providing detailed delivery instructions and a phone number, it's in a seemingly infinite loop of not being able to deliver because they don't send it to the city/state on the address. It is impossible to talk to a human for customer service, phone lines just tell you to track your package online and their virtual chat assistance were unable to provide any answers or help at all. Truly the worst experience.

Either stole or lost my package. Tracking page said that it was both delivered and delayed. After I was finally able to speak with someone after two days, they said because its been so long (5 days) they could not do anything even though their website was not telling the truth. How was I supposed to know? I have camera evidence that no one showed up when they supposedly delivered. Luckily the seller had no issue resending my item, but how is this company still allowed to touch people's mail? I have not heard a single positive comment about them, and I can only hope businesses stop using them.

The best way to deal with a bad company such as this and force accountability is by not asking for a refund from OnTrac or who ever is using them for shipping. Instead call your bank explain the situation and demand a refund from them. The bank will then turn around and charge the parties involved 10-15 per canceled transaction. Trust me after a few months of this and things will change.

Says my package delivered 3 times (at different times) in the same day.Didn't bother to place it outside my front door, threw it outside my local community center door until the little kids got to it before me. No photo was sent either.Couldn't get a refund or reshipment because since my front door is close to the center, they 'technically' shipped to the "right address".

If I could give them less than one star I would’ve done it in a heartbeat. Incompetent driver delivered my package to the wrong address. Owner of house won’t return my package. OnTrac claims they went to the house but I highly doubt they did anything. Put the blame onto the seller and made ME reach out to the seller to get a refund or a solution. Very frustrating and horrible delivery company to work with. DO NOT USE ONTRAC. As many others have said, they should be named OffTrac instead.

had a package shipped from California to Vancouver Washington, when received there it went on delay with no explanation why. stayed like that for a week. contacted them twice on the 5th and 7th day. 5th day they never responded, on the 7th day my tracking number was invalid on there website. I called them and they said delivered it. the package never came. I watched the camera on the out side of my building and not one ontrac delivery was attempted. I figure they lost it . useless company.

My packages keep getting stolen because they are constantly leaving it outside of my gate where I can never see if it’s arrived. With easy access from the street my packages are getting stolen. It’s not fair for the shipper to need to replace my order because they can’t place it at the door where it should be.

1st: package from ULTA delivered to someone else and not me. Had to contact ULTA and have them resend my order.2nd: Order from YAMI. Been delayed two days now. I emailed YAMI and I said they shouldn't use OnTrac for a delivery service. Horrible service.8/4/2023:They delivered my TEMU package to a business office lobby and left a photo on the site. I had to get a refund from TEMU. I have also made a formal complaint directly to OnTrac about this. Naturally no reply was made as they don't care. I wish companies would stop using OnTrac for deliveries.8/8/2023Someone from whatever business that got my package on Friday left it at my door while I was out today. However, it had been opened and two makeup brushes were missing. Everything else was inside. Someone felt the need to open a package not addressed to them and steal from it. ?

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Had my package on delayed for the last few days, despite saying it was going to be delivered the last few days! I had to contact them and my seller, seller got to the bottom of it and they had lost my package! $156 package!! I’m sure they STOLE IT. Ridiculous. I would give 0 if could. Luckily I received my money back in time for my trip I had coming up and reordered with faster shipping through UPS. The reviews of this place are terrible, be aware of ONTRAC but this location in specific does not have a good track record. Should be called OFFTRAC.
