Everytime I go in here it REEKS of weed and multiple employees are high out of their minds. Typically It would be whatever, but this is a children's re-sell store... kids and pregnant woman are shopping around the store...

Have been bringing in gently used and new clothes for months was going alright and I felt like I was getting a decent deal , recently I haven't been in a bit and I noticed staff changed a little idk but I brought in three brand new coats name brand with tags/price tags the coats ranged from ,50 to 80 A piece trusted id get like 30/40 knowing they have to profit and pay employeesWe came back to get the cash and they offered ten bucks ! That's it for all of it, we are currently homeless with no income just foodstamps we were DESPERATE so we took it, I feel robbed, pissed, disappointed and really hurtThey lost a loyal customer we will not shop there or sell there EVER again and we often took the cash they gave us and bought new stuff from there store. That's all I have to sayIf you don't wanna get ripped off or care about the way business treat you !!!!DONT GO HERE!!!!

Brought $500 worth of clothes here in two tubs, they offered me $20. The next two tubs I took took to the mall pipsqueaks and $125. Also they were rude and the clothes were retail and overpriced for resell. Staying open by ripping off their customers. I have not been back since. Disappointing my partner said he used to get all his sons clothes here. Guess they went downhill. I was hoping for great place to take my daughter's clothes, this is not the place.

This is a good way to make a little extra income when you're on a tight budget this gives me a little gas money I had brought in my clothes my great-grandkids clothes my grandchildren's clothes if it's in style clean iron doesn't smell like smoke doesn't have dog hair on it and doesn't look old they'll buy it today I just made 16 bucks and the place is pretty busy all the time they have a lot of clothes so if you want a good place to shop that isn't expensive come here once Upon a Child in Vancouver is the best place to go also they have Walker strollers stuff like that it's a pretty much everything store

Experienced them shaming a young girl that was learning how to do the job and obviously training . I felt so bad for the girl ; I had the feeling the other employees were bullies . I went a separate time and someone was yelling at the staff . They hardly take anything, sale overpriced and used items , they are rude as well. When they needed to help me cash out , I felt like it was a bother to them. The owners are bullies and multiple old employees have stated how they were mistreated and even harassed by the husband . The owner also shared personal information about another employee regarding calling out sick and shared with another employee . Definitely avoid this place and go shop elsewhere where you will be treated like a customer.

Not sure what others experiences have been so bad for, I have never been in this store and had anything but good experiences and take aways. Easy to sell here and they seem to buy most of what I have taken there. Good experience and will continue to go here!

Store has a lot of stock but all the same cheaper brands or repetitive items; not too many unique clothing pieces. The staff could care less if you are there, I don't mind so much because I don't small talk but other customers might find it a little rude.

I never leave reviews but all the negative ones on here annoy me because they almost made me not go in. I went here for the first time yesterday with clothes to hopefully sell and to shop around. The workers were nice and helped me as soon as I walked in, they were honest about the wait for checking out my clothes and let me know they were needing to be super picky right now with clothes they’re buying. All of that is fine and I appreciated the communication up front! The store itself was so well organized, I love how it is not only organized by size but also clothing type and color. The prices are so cheap compared to brand new in the stores. I have no idea why people are complaining about the prices?! I’ll definitely be coming back as my baby grows!

Went here once to check it out and I was not that impressed. Organized selection of clothes but they are expensive or very similar prices to normal stores. They had a bunch of used training toilets which is weird and gross (idk might just be my unpopular opinion). I walked in obviously pregnant and the front desk ladies were very pleasant but quite cold to my hubby that walked in a few min later. I love thrifting and being eco-friendly but prices are so similar/expensive that I’d rather just buy brand new and have a 30 day return window (OUAC staff said 7 days return) or go to other thrift stores. The non name branded shoes seemed like good prices though so maybe I’ll visit again when my kid is older.

The worst customer service. They don’t even say hello and they cant even say thank you when you tell them to have a good day. Not enough clothes/stuff in stock to justify being treated unkind. I recommend going to literally any other store than this one.

Terrible customer service. The first put off was when we walked in. The music that was playing was very inappropriate for a children's retail store. When a few more people came in, they changed the music to a more family-friendly genre. The staff was rude and acted like we were bothering them when we wanted to pay. A van of more used items had pulled up as we were getting ready to leave, and the gal ringing up our items complained to her coworkers that more clothes were coming in that they would have to sort through and then said "I just want to quit already". Wow! My husband and I just stood there. We couldn't believe how unprofessional these three gals behind the counter were. The conversation they were having was inappropriate and apparently too important to stop and help paying customers. This is not the first time I've been in this store, but it might be the last. We felt like we shouldn't have been shopping in there, giving them our money. We did buy a few items, and I thought the price was fair, but the staff was so unprofessional that it made shopping there uncomfortable.I'm amazed how far down the drain the customer service has gone in the last few years.

I wish I had known the name of the girl working the day I came in. She wouldn’t even acknowledge me when I came in to drop off clothes and also pick them up. It was as if I was bothering her. Also, the girl who did help me looked like she just rolled out of bed. It’s a shame because I love finding deals here but I will shop elsewhere if I have to deal with snotty employees. Probably should train employees on how to be professional.

Love shopping here. Hate selling. I gave a basket of clothes and other items all neatly folded, great condition, all things my son didn’t even have a chance to wear before he outgrew the size. They took a couple things and gave my basket back an absolute mess instead of respecting our items and refolding. Do better. Will be taking my selling elsewhere from now on.
