“Big shout out to Jake who came to my rescue yesterday despite being slammed in the shop. My car actually died on me a few blocks from Midas and Jake tried to jump start my car with his personal car and helped me diagnose my car's problem. This Midas shop repaired my car last summer and did a fantastic job. I am always treated with respect and kindness. They also follow-up to be sure my car is running properly. I highly recommend this shop.”

“SUPER awesome location. I primarily used to go to Valvoline for general services but they were not able to help me at all with a serpentine belt replacement. I called Jiffy Lube and Trevor let me know they can absolutely provide this service. I had bought my own belt in hopes to replace it myself and they were able to use it no problem. It was done in a super reasonable amount of time and, as a woman, they didn’t attempt to overcharge me or recommend unnecessary services at all which is hard to come by. Incredibly thankful for the team at this location, especially Trevor for his excellent customer service and general kindness.”
“They got me in on the same day to replace a starter in my truck as I was stuck in Portland. They did try and up sale me on things I had just replaced. I did not apriate that. I new what needed to be done. I just had my truck serviced and new breaks put on. The service department said my breaks where at a 1. I declined as this was un true and I knew it. Just wish people would be honest and not try to take advantage of people. But I have to say I was impressed they got me in and out of there quick so I could get back home to Tacoma Washington.

“Absolutely amazing job and great price. I called about five places looking for a quote on changing my serpentine belt and they were all almost $100 more than what I was charged here.
Since I diagnosed the car myself other places also wanted to charge me a diagnostic fee ranging from $80-$200. When I called honest auto care there was a lovely lady on the phone who said they would be happy to check it free of charge and if it was just that I needed to tighten the pulley they would do that as opposed to replacing it without confirming. I dropped my vehicle off this morning, and was able to pick it up by lunchtime with my new belt. Everyone here was so courteous and kind”

“Went in because my dumb ass overfilled the oil in a car I've recently acquired-by about 3 quarts! So, I needed it to be drained back out and so I called Gaynor's. They were a tad pricier than I'd have thought it would cost to just drain extra oil but they were SUPER professional, fairly quick and the best part is that they DID NOT attempt to upsell me or bullshit me in any way! That's a huge deal for single women that particularly get preyed upon on the auto fixing industry. Thank you For the honesty and overall great experience.”
