“Vehicle was towed to the 139th location. Had several phone conversations with the team, so communication was great. The repair took one day longer than expected, but they had a part shipped overnight so it would only be one extra day. They also provided courtesy rides to/from car rental business. Overall, I recommend this business for excellent customer service and workmanship.”

“We had a problem where the dipstick fell into the pan. It was a bummer for them and for me as well but they were diligent and hit it head on and took care of me as a customer. I appreciate their graciousness and tenacity in resolving the problem. Even though we had this problem that happened they took responsibility and handled it.
