I am so happy for Eric he has sincerely changed my mind about this store. He was the most professional, and his service was impressive . I had been to 2 other places trying to send a package and kept being refused. No one would tell me why. As a last-ditch effort. I went to your store, and Eric immediately told me it was the packaging. Eric then fixed the packaging and sent the package on its way. He was so kind and ready to help. After I had been trying for four hours to get this done, I was close to tears. Eric, thank you so much for saving my birthday!

Always short staffed and cannot make copies- your a copy company, two customers in store, INCLUDING myself, and you cannot make copies....not the first time this has happened- don't know why I go back

I like This office supply store. They have everything thing you though they themselves are under staffed. I like the self-help área for printing and managing your documents. BTW it's cheaper to DIY.

Had the worst interaction with who was supposedly the manager on duty the other day at OfficeMax. I had gone in for my mom to fix some thing she had printed out. I was even willing to pay for another order, but as I was trying to show what was wrong the first time, Ivan became super hostile and defensive claiming " we didn't do anything wrong. It's all your fault." And also saying " it's not his job" and that he wasn't going to help me. And that if I wanted to resolve my issue, I would have to go back a different day. This is all coming from a manager also. After a little bit of going back-and-forth, he proceeded to tell me to get out of the store, and that I was banned from there for life. As a result of this, I wanted to take a picture of his name tag. He then reach for my phone and smacked it out of my hand. After this I had pushed him off and told him not to lay his hands on me. I cannot believe that this is the way that managers at OfficeMax deal with small inconveniences. Way to go Ivan! not

I have been faithfully using this store for my business's print needs for years and have been a loyal, frequent customer, but with the change in staff I've really seen a decline in their quality of service over the last year and today was the last straw. I will no longer bring my business here. I had paid a previous print manager for the service to format my labels and today when I went to pick up my print job they said they were formatted incorrectly and recharged me for the service to reformat them again and printing them onto my labels that I had brought them without even waiting for me to respond if that was something I was interested in paying for. Given the opportunity I would have preferred to come back and pick up my unused labels and go home. The fact that they don't stand behind their original work and pass their own mistakes onto the customer to pay for again is a deal breaker for me and I will be spreading my dissatisfaction with this store now to anyone will listen. The new general manager was all to happy to say if I hadn't paid for the service in the last seven months during his time at the store, then I was out of luck. I will be in business longer than any of these yahoos will be working there (I know because I seen a ton of turnover) and he just successfully soured me on the entire Office Max / Depot brand for life.

We went in to have bereavement cards printed for my Dad's funeral in 4 days. The print shop employee basically told us to go sit down and order them online. After an hour we found out they would not print them in time. They were not helpful at all! I went to Fed-Ex print shop and they did an amazing job. I'll never step foot in an office max/depot again!
