I'll preface by saying my husband and I are from Texas where it's so hot the only thing to do is go to the gym, therefore we are spoiled in terms of many options of family owned bodybuilding centric gyms. We've been in gyms for over 10 years, and Odin's Strength is one of our top three, and my personal favorite. The owners are knowledgeable, experienced in their respective pursuits, open to any questions or just to have a great conversation, and professional. It shows in the culture of their gym.Members are focused on their personal goals, have great gym etiquette, and are friendly. The gym itself has top of the line equipment for general fitness, bodybuilding, powerlifting, and strongman pursuits. The owners are always bringing in innovative equipment. The space is always clean and organized. Everyone puts things back where they belong. We are grateful to Josh and Iris for the work they have put in to make this gym a place we look forward to every day.

Good equipment and open space. Owner was a little stand offish but I would probably be too if I owned a gym. Won't be signing up for a membership but would recommend this place to people into powerlifting and bodybuilding.

I have waited 3 years to write a review, the reason I have waited 3 years is because this place is the most amazing, perfect and outstanding places to work out, I would hate for it to be spoiled by traditional gym people hovering on their cell phones for hours, however Odin’s is run by two amazing people’s the owners Josh and Iris have worked so hard to create this slice of heaven! So please come get a membership, you will LOVE IT!!!

Absolutely love this place. It has possibly everything you could ever need and the owners are constantly adding to it and upgrading. You also cannot beat the price and availability (24 hours, come on).The only downside would be that maybe this place isn't the most absolute beginner friendly (i.e. if you walk in without a specific program to follow, this might pose a challenge for you), but the members are great and I'm sure they'd be willing to help if asked.

Long story short. When you want to find a great place in Vancouver to lift weights you have to work out at Odin’s Gym.My only regret is that I missed the strip mall days. Based on old pictures the place looked epic. I’m glad that my journey finally got me to Odin’s Gym.

Nice gym, great equipment. Would be better with a few more fans but had that more hardcore gym feel I look for.

This place is excellent. It's clean, spacious, and well organized, and the equipment selection is top notch. The owners are welcoming and detail oriented, and they routinely make improvements and upgrades to the equipment and facilities. I've also been pleasantly surprised by how friendly the other members are. Highly recommend.

This is a great spot. The equipment selection is diligently curated and the atmosphere is what most people desire when they come to lift. Highly recommend.

Great owners, one of the only places I’ve ever found that offers a single month rate for when I’m visiting family. Solid equipment, flex hours with fob entry, and the perfect gym mascot- Teddy

Was super excited to go to this gym on leave, but was turned off by the territorial owner. Especially when she snapped at me for yawning, "Am I boring you?"As badly as I wanted to join, it wasn't worth it. When she asked if we wanted to join at the end I asked for a moment to huddle with my wife and we both agreed we couldn't subject ourselves to this. "Sorry Iris, you have just been too insulting. We are not going to join," I said when we returned. We just went to a normal gym with normal customer service instead. Maybe she will get it together in the future. Maybe not. Good luck to them.

One of the owners, Iris, was EXTREMELY rude and condescending towards me and my husband when we came to tour this gym. She was rude from the moment we stepped in the door until we left, which was bizarre because we were polite and eager to join Odin's Strength Gym.I wouldn't recommend this gym to anyone--go somewhere with good customer service or build a home gym instead.Edit:This idea that my husband was annoyed the whole time is a complete fabrication. As I said, he was eager to join, even more than I was.My husband asked for Iris' name because she never introduced herself. After Iris gave us the tour, my husband said, "Well, I don't have any questions, and I think we're both ready to sign up." Iris snapped at him, "I still need to tell you more things," and then gave me an irritated look like, "Can you believe this guy?" I guess it must be very irritating when someone is interested in joining your gym. When my husband yawned, Iris did not ask if he was tired or bored, she angrily said, "Am I boring you??" Yawning is an involuntary reflex. If you think it is rude, I recommend researching the causes and reasons behind why people yawn. It's weird that Iris says my husband wouldn't have been able to get a guest pass because we were the ones who decided to leave without a pass.I worked for years in customer service, so please believe me when I say that Iris does not have any customer service skills. I think her response to my review is further proof of that.

I've been going to this gym for a few years and over this time the owners have continually improved and refined the space to give their customers the absolute best possible gym experience in SW WA. There's 24/7 access, straightforward memberships with no contract, a clean bathroom, and plenty of equipment whether you're into bodybuilding, powerlifting, strongman, or just general fitness. Everyone is super polite and down-to-earth. And somehow it's never even overly busy. Overall this is my go-to gym in the Vancouver area.
