I am a small business owner and we use this Northwest self storage for our company's storage needs. We have employees in and out of this location almost every day and Beth (the property manager) has been extremely helpful. She has definitely gone above and beyond in making sure that we had an excellent customer experience! I've used other storage companies in the past and they've never been so willing to take time out of their day to help and make sure that we felt safe and comfortable with our choice a storage facility.

We have had a great experience with our storage at NW Self-Storage. Specifically, every interaction we have had with Beth has been exceptional - from our first phone contact to the resolution of a couple of minor issues. She is highly focused on customer care and strives to ensure people are treated well. I highly recommend this facility because of Beth!

I initially wanted a storage unit and a covered parking for my new RV. I showed up in person after a short phone call and I was immediately helped with both of those things on the spot. Beth was professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. The parking spot was very clean and the storage unit was perfect.

this is not pointed at the actual facility but the company as a whole.here is some info from your website,Act With Kindness: Small gestures have the power to uplift and inspire. We believe in using that power to connect people, build relationships, and show gratitude to one another every day.Do the Right Thing: Our inner compass guides us to do the right thing for our customers and one another. We value trust, mutual respect, and open communication across all members of our team.you may want to remove that. i don't think you truly know what it means.i say that because i have just received the second notice for another rate increase in less than a year. got the first increase in march and now the second effective november. for a grand total of 117 in less than a year. it was bad enough you raise the rent 50 per year but twice in 9 months? that's robbery. there are other companies with empty units offering discounts. i have been with you since you opened. so i guess our relationship isn't that important to you after all.if i raised my rates at my company twice in year my customers would leave. i think i may be forced to contact some news outlets and reach out to social media to warn them about your business.oh and i see today you have closed your instagram and deleted my comments from you fb page and turned of commenting. and have still not tried to reach out to me. lol nice. truly a company that cares. lol.
