We love this facility! The Manager, Rhonda, is the main reason why we have stayed with this storage place. She is extremely helpful, very caring, knowledgeable, and goes way beyond in everything she does. She is an absolute delight! Make sure to check this place out for your storage needs.

My experience renting a storage unit today was very pleasant. Rhonda was friendly and helped me finish setting up my account and in explaining how to gain entry to reach my unit. It was quick and easy.

My experience at northwest storage has always been great! Rhonda is great at getting back to me right away and the grounds are always kept very clean! I feel like my belongs are safe and secure there!

I have several units currently at the 89th St location in Vancouver. Rhonda the onsite manager is very knowledgeable and always so helpful. I have referred several people to this location in the past. It is always clean, and the bathroom and grounds are well taken care of.

Completely impressed with Rhonda oh my goodness I have been struggling with finding the storage that it was going to fit my mom's needs because we are trying to downgrade she was awesome she was kind I wouldn't even consider changing units at any other place because of her I was going to go elsewhere but not now.

Have been at this location for years! I see the Property Manager all over the grounds always doing something. I also like she's so pleasant to everyone I have seen her around.I forgot her name even though she told me. Rent here if you want a nice clean place. MK
