Getting set up with a storage space was absolutely a dream: online platform was very clear/easy to use, staff was super helpful, and the space was just what I expected it to be! Bonus: when I type in my gate code the machine welcomes me by name…nice touch!! Definitely happy to be storing my stuff with Northwest!!
