Working with Tim was a godsend. We retained Tim to broker a home mortgage loan for us during an incredibly unstable period in the market and economy more generally. Tim was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. He dug deep into his network to look for rate options, provided us with regular reports on the market conditions, and walked us through every step of the loan application. We never felt rushed or pushed to do anything. Not only did Tim help us secure a loan with good terms, but he was also actively involved with the home negotiation and purchase process. He contacted the seller's agent to vouch for us and our loan a couple of times in the most critical period--when offers were being reviewed. I credit Tim for being a substantial part of the reason we secured our dream home.
