If it were not for our cross-country move, we would not be leaving Noah’s Ark. Karen and her team (Terri, Sammy, Cierra…) are amazing. My toddler has only been here for a few short months, but loves going to school everyday and asks about his friends even after coming home from school.Communication and cleanliness is extremely important to us, especially when my child (who has a nut allergy) is being cared for by others and there was no shortage of communication with Karen and her team. The kind disposition and safe environment that Noah’s Ark has built is unmatched! Center-based with a small in-home feel.If you are looking for a childcare/preschool for your littles, I highly, highly recommend Noah’s Ark, hands down!! We will miss Karen and her team and only hope to find something just as good.

Writing this review has me in tears. We love the staff at Noah’s Ark. We are devastated we have to leave due to a job opportunity that was outside of their hours of operation. They treat your kids like their own. They care about your child’s feelings. They care about their health and safety. They are patient! They are kind! My daughter always came home telling stories about her adventures at Noah’s Ark. The food always smells amazing (especially breakfast). There is always cute surprises in their art cubbies like goodie bags on holidays and hand made ornaments for the Christmas tree along with plenty of pictures for the fridge. The staff goes above and beyond for the kids in their care. My daughter truly loved Mrs. Karen, Ms. Terri, and Ms. Sierra. If you want a daycare that feels like you’re dropping your child off with family take them here.

We loved our time at Noah’s Ark. Communication was excellent, the facility was clean & well maintained, the students had a variety of activities that were age appropriate (including ample outside time). Thank you Noah’s Ark for caring for our son.

My daughter has gone to Noah’s Ark since she was 3.5, everyone has been nothing short of amazing. I can’t say enough how grateful I am for all the help they have provided, any time my daughter has ever fallen or had a tough day they all have kept me in the loop every single time, been so patient and flexible. Highly recommend.

I had an agreement with Karen that I would pay the fee at the end of the week. When I went in on Tuesday I was told that I had to make a payment. I couldn’t really do that as I was already running late for my new job and I had to get gas. So by the time I got gas I only had $20. I tried to give it to the staff working but she wouldn’t take it and said I had to pay the full $60 before I could drop my kid off. “Are you freakin kidding me?!” I replied “ I have to go to work I am already late” I then told her let me get my kid. She got my daughter and we left.I returned today (Thursday) and by the time I got my daughter out of the car another staff lady came outside and asked if I had gotten ahold of Karen, I said no. She said “ I can’t let you in until we talk to Karen, we haven’t been able to get ahold of her“ I asked what her number was and she said something along the lines of not to “ raise my voice”. I wasn’t. I merely asked what her number was so I could call her. She then said that I wasn’t aloud in not with how I treated “her” staff (This chick wasn’t even the boss) She had said that I yelled and cussed at “her” staff. I did not. I did raise my voice but I surly did not cuss at the staff. The closest I said was “are you freakin kidding me” I was livid. She then said she had parents and other staff whiteness this ( there wasn’t any other parent there)When you make an agreement with a parent for a payment plan. You stick to it and let your staff know. Very unprofessional and irritating. Never again will we be going back.

I was told I had a spot saved for my daughter but that she couldn't start for a couple of weeks. Well, I go in to turn in the paperwork and she says she's already filled the spot. The kids there are absolutely FILTHY. I expect them to be a little dirty from playing outside, but they look like they've been rolling in dirt all day. The meals they offer have no nutritional value whatsoever...chicken nuggets and french fries?? Why don't you just go on a field trip to McDonalds? The owner is rude and condescending, calling me "sweetie" like I'm a child, despite her being not more than a couple years older than me. I would not recommend this place ???

My girls love their teachers and the owner Karen is easy to work with. I will definitely bring them back if I need childcare again.
