10 minutes red light sauna was just right for a first-timer!

This was the most BIZARRE massage I’ve ever received.I’m honestly upset at myself for tipping because this woman was incapable of giving a deep tissue massage and reading the gigantic intake form and seeing what all I needed plus not capable of listening to my concerns.I will not be returning. If anyone has any other massage place recommendations let me know!

Amelia was amazing! She was interested in discovering my needs and the massage was exactly what I needed and more than I hoped for. I look forward to the next one ☺️

Came here for a specific reason, even in the intake form I'd circle the specific areas I wanted worked on. And those areas always got the least work, I finally said something about it and was told I don't need a massage I need to work out. So whatever, I'll just take my referral else where.

I came here for a couples massage and I got the masseuse named Ivy and she definitely worked magic on my neck and shoulders area. I felt uncomfortable but it was a good uncomfortable feeling that it made me so relaxed towards the end of the massage. My massage was so good that at some point I knocked out. My partner got Alisa and she said that she unfortunately did not target the area she had asked.

We love AVM. Every therapist has been awesome. This week Ivy was just the ticket. Her skills including Thai massage gave me immediate relief from some serious pain. They have several therapist, and everyone has been great. I love their online bookings, but if you have any questions they answer the phone and are happy to help! Great customer service.

I’m a tad sensitive and communicated my need for lighter touch. My massage therapist confirmed this request and followed through perfectly! A light touch massage is surprisingly hard to come by and I’m so thankful for At Vancouver Massage.

I read the text messages that were sent to my husband by the front office staff. I would not expect messages like that to be sent to clients, especially by a professional business via text. The messages were unprofessional, demeaning, and unempathetic towards someone who has been dealing with a major life altering injury which required surgery for the last few months. Then to go as far as to state he was "abusing the 24 hour cancelation" is pretty ridiculous and a bit over the top. This is why businesses have policies, and in no way did he ever abuse it. He has always followed it and has always given your business a 24 hour notice before cancelling. There was also several occasions when his massage therapist had to cancel his appointments and he was always understanding and respectful. Also, I'd like to add, if you do have a waitlist as you mentioned in the text, why last week on your Facebook account did you post that you had several openings available within the next few weeks? Maybe next time you can make the effort to call your clients and try to be understanding of their situations.

I unfortunately experienced a significant injury in which it required surgery and a 3 to 6 month timeline. Now with that being said I booked my appointments months and months in advance before this surgery took place to get the days and times I wanted. But Per doctors orders for the recovery process I am not lift or be too active for at least the first 6 weeks, which in turn made me have to cancel my appointments several different times. I was then notified by Vancouver Message via text messages not a phone call that this facility might not be the best fit for the time being due to the cancellations rather than coming up with a plan to correct this and have a plan in place. According to their policy it is required to give at least 24 hours notice before canceling which I did every time. But then was told that the 24 hours notice wasn’t giving them enough time to rebook other customers (maybe adjust your policy if that’s the case) There were also a couple other times that my appointment was canceled because of their staff for other reasons. I’ve been a customer here for several years and felt that their business took priority over my health. Believe that they could’ve of handled this situation better and more professional than they did. I Will not be returning and do not recommend.
