My cat and I had a great experience with Neighborhood Pet Clinic and Dr. Hicks.
They are very experienced and sweet, seemingly helped my senior girl feel comfortable during her vaccinations and check up exam.

I had been feeling very good about my pups new veterinarian until today. One of my pups got the 2nd part of a two-part vaccine. The 1st part was 3 weeks ago along with the wellness exam. I think $48.60 for the 2nd part of the vaccine was excessive, especially since the 1st part was only $30.60. I called and was informed that an assistant exam ($18) was tacked on to the cost of the vaccine??? An assistant exam? The assistant walked my pup to the back where they administer the vaccine and then walked my pup back up to the front. That sounds to me like part of an assistant's job, especially since the vet exam was only 3 weeks ago.

The Neighborhood Pet Clinic is an excellent veterinarian practice. I was impressed with all the staff members who are caring, patient & engaging with all the animals. Everyone is well trained and listens to your concerns. Everything is clean & organized. Dr. Hicks DVM, who is gentle & calming during her exams & evaluations. She informs you of her findings & offers any appropriate interventions, tests &/or medications that might be helpful. She cared for my 2 dogs that I dearly loved. She is a very compassionate & supportive person, especially in times of sadness & difficult decisions. I highly recommend their services.

This is my new vet, they all were amazing with my baby. Not to pricey, and I they didnt try to sell things that are not needed. Now, my chevy has to see a heart specialist.

I've been taking my dog here for the last year and a half since he was just a little pup. He absolutely LOVES coming here because he gets so much attention and loves from everyone. Even after moving to Beaverton, I refuse to change vets. I trust them, and they've shown that they truly care about your fur babies.

I have been a client of NPC for about 1 1/2 years now and have nothing but positive things to say about the clinic and staff. My dogs are like children to me, and both of them have various health challenges, but the doctors and staff treat them with such wonderful care that I am at ease. We've seen Dr. RInta, Dr. Hicks, Dr. Leiken - all have been caring and attentive.

One start for the 35 dollar missed appointment. Was not made aware of this when scheduled, and secondly was an emergency today and could not make it. Will not be using this vet due to this.

I sadly had to put my dog down. He has been a patient since 2010. The care, compassion and love they showed to my family is priceless. The care they extended to my Keifer. Omg. I am so thankful to them. It was awful for us but the care and kindness made this easierI thank you so much.
