I went in twice to get a pedicure, not for how it would look, but to address ingrown toenails etc. I have had two back surgeries, and cannot deal with nail clipping without cutting myself. I explained the kind of service I was after and tried to communicate my needs. After both visits I go home and found nails that had been left too long. They were soon hurting. These people need to learn how to LISTEN. I regret giving the generous tip I left each time.

Best nails and service!!! I'm picky about my nails, I like them a certain way. I love I go in and see Ty and I can watch my shows on my phone and not micromanage and they turn out amazing every time! I'm not super creative so I go in with a thought and Ty ALWAYS creates something new and creative for me! I highly recommend Natural Nails, you will not be disappointed!

One of the best nail salons in the greater Portland area. I've been a regular for years. The owners are the kindest people and the whole staff is wonderful. I won't go anywhere else. Ty and Anne are both amazing at acrylics!

This is my favorite salon and I am so sad to be writing a review, but I was so bothered by my last visit I thought I'd address it. A woman near me was getting a pedicure and the technician was very clearly sick. She coughed on the lady getting a pedicure throughout the hour or so. I was quite surprised to see that despite all this violent coughing and sneezing that she wasn't wearing a mask. Most technicians at this salon wear them regardless. Although this did not happen to me, it saddened me to see this technician working while sick, especially taking care of older clients who are often fragile in health. I know times are tough and they are likely understaffed, but I would have waited longer to make sure only healthy staff were taking care of us. Otherwise, I love this salon. They get me in quickly with appointments, have a great color selection and work fast.

Horrible horrible horrible, this picture is even doing the nails justice. Im not one to EVER leave bad reviews but these are the worst nails I've ever gotten. They were SO thick and bumpy on the sides, the French tip was uneven and definitely does not look professional. I instructed her to fix it a few times and the outcome was the same every time...I have social anxiety so even asking her to fix it for me says alot! I ended up paying $75 for these and they let me walk out like this. Ended up going straight to a different nail salon to get them fixed and payed $71 for nails that looked WAYYYY better. Highly disappointed and will not be coming back here .

Hands down THE BEST SALON IN ALL OF VANCOUVER!! I recently moved to Montana but I can very Easily vouch for this salon because I was a client of Thai for about 11 years, you heard me 11 years!!! At this salon you will receive the very best detailed nails. I was never able to stop going there because they keep it SUPER CLEAN, Prices are reasonable for the amazing work you get. Staff is super friendly and kind, im really sad to not be in that area anymore to get my nails done because no one compares to how great Thai does nails! They offer complimentary drinks, they always make sure to use clean utensils, they are just fantastic here! I miss you Thai! Thank you for all the years of amazing beautiful nails!
