I’ve been coming here several years as a loyal natural grocers shopper and unfortunately the customer service has just really went downhill. My cashier Jacob was very rude and went out of his way to make my shopping experience terrible and I’ve never had that kind of experience here (or anywhere) before. I did contact management after the occurrence and waiting on a follow up. It doesn’t make me feel comfortable to come back, overall just really disappointing.

1000 Hills grass fed beef is the best and great price here! The spice selection and prices too good to be TRUE! So glad to work so close. Thanks for having all the essentials at magnificent cost.

I call it the Pill Store because it has aisles the length of the store with every imagined
Natural pill for whatever problem I you have. The store is the size of a regular grocery so has dpartmenrs as a regular r department store. But with goal to provide healthy alternatives.

Fine for a Natural Grocers - clean & has a great selection of supplements, but they really need to increase the staff or provide better training. There’s only ever 1 register open and always 4-5 people in line.

I do not understand why the customer service changes here. They don't help you bag groceries at all. And they squished my produce into a mess. They immediately start checking the next person in line with my groceries still on the belt. There was another lane open. There were not that many people waiting. And I didn't have that much stuff. What gives ? Awful. Leaves a bad taste. This happened multiple times, both locations. Guess they don't want business .

Stores like this make me feel at ease being a vegan. Awesome sections of vegan foods. Fairly bigger than my frequent store in western Vancouver. I usually swing by every time I stop by Tropical Smoothie Cafe down the same street. The store is at an awkward corner, but that doesn’t stop me from shopping there.
