Absolutely amazing experience. Being a woman in an auto parts store is difficult enough with guys ignoring or judging me but Jason was super friendly and helpful! I will definitely be coming over from Portland just to have fantastic service like this!

Great store, friendly staff, usually this location isn’t terribly busy so quick in and out, John, Mike, Jason, Roy, Greg and Peter all do fantastic work with top notch customer service

Terrible customer service. I made an online order to pick up which I already paid for, they kept telling me because I had no confirmation number they couldn't help me. I showed them the invoice on my phone and they couldn't give me any real answers. The only guy I talked to on Sunday when I made the order won't be in until Thursday and they won't be able to talk to him until then to find out what exactly happened. Their assistant manager John had a lack of care towards the situation and continued to try to push it off as if it wasn't "their problem". I'm extremely disappointed in how I was treated. A complete lack of graciousness towards their costumers. How can you act like I'm the problem when clearly it's something wrong on your end. I''ll be sticking to O'Riellys in the future, these guys suck.

I called looking for a seatbelt locking clip for my 1994 ford crown victoria. My kids safety is #1 and ROLLIN went above and beyond locating the 1 they had in stock and another locations inventory so I was able to obtain the 2 locking clips I needed today. Thank you for your help!

I would like to recognize Michael and John today for working as a team to establish communication. Michael helped me with my battery while John called various locations to confirm on availability on the battery I needed. Honestly everyone here at this Napa are the best. I have been coming for years . They are a well established location. God bless you all!

These guys are very unprofessional. NAPA shares a parking lot with a neighboring business. I pulled in with my 1 ton dually and a trailer and had to strategically park for a easy access out of the parking lot. There were not a lot of cars in the parking area so I took up a section to allow other patrons access. The gentleman running the receiving office followed me into the neighboring business, creating a hostile environment. I kept my cool and told him that I would be over to discuss, why I parked there. When I approached said individual, he didn't want anything to do with my apology and remained hostile. I have bought a lot of parts in the past from NAPA, but that will be the last time I frequent their company.
