I went in to get my old acrylics off and a new set, took over an hour and a half to get them off, didn’t even come all the way off? Put on my new ones super crooked too so I just asked for him to take them off and I’d pay for the take off and leave which I have never done

This place is racists completely and totally. My wife (she is black) walked in and before she could even say anything a lady said "We don't take walk-ins." We both paused looked at the sign that says walk-ins ok. We left that was 7 months ago as I sit here waiting for my wife at Supercuts I see you have no customers and I just shake my head because of that day you missed out on 4 customers on consistent basis getting a variety of services. See we are a large family and if we like a place we will go all together. I am sure as your salon sits empty on this partially sunny day you may regret your decision to refuse service just because of someone's skin color. Last time I checked money is green and we all use more.

I love the quality of the service and the quiet, relaxing atmosphere. David and Linda are very friendly and while walk-in appointments are possible, be prepared to be flexible; I recommend making an appointment because they get busy.

These folks deliver great service at a good price. Sometimes you have to get past a bit of a language barrier, but if you can do that, you'll find out what great people run this shop. I'm a regular and I love it here.

My nails look absolutely horrible. He rushed through them, didnt get edges or up to cuticials, he applied a clear coat that must of been used on red nails prior, onto my light pink nails and would not fix it. He told me to leave because my nails were dry which I then messed up a nail. Just all bad would definitely not recommend

I have been going to this salon for years. Family business. Everything is extremely clean. Always good service. This afternoon at 4:25PM I called to see if my daughter and I could get in. I was at least 15 minutes away in Ridgefield and they said yes. When we arrived I realized they closed at 5PM not 6PM as I had incorrectly thought. They took care of us happily. Did a full set of acrylics for me and a mani/pedi for my daughter. Then asked if I wanted my usual wax too. While there a woman came in at 5:05PM wanting s full set and they apologized nicely and said they couldn't. They finished with us at 5:45PM in a Sunday evening. I write this only because I read the bogus other comments when I came to rate them today after they went above and beyond!! Thank you Nail Studio!

This is the second time I've come in on a weekday early afternoon and been turned away. Both times, there were NO customers. Both times, there were several employees just sitting and talking and rudely turned away business. I'm not even sure this place does nails. I've seen the same reviews stating that people are turned away a lot at the door when there are clearly no customers and during business hours. Very, very strange.

I've been turned away at the door for a weekday early afternoon pedicure. NO customers in the building both times. More than two employees just sitting in the salon. I'm not even sure it's actually a nail salon. I've never seen a customer in there, and they always say no...even when the place is empty. Go across to Oasis Nail Salon.
