If you value customer service do not go here. The receptionist was extremely rude in every interaction we had. I had called multiple times throughout the day to check on when I could pick up my car with no answer, and even my brother tried calling with no answer. I am extremely disappointed as I was referred by family friends and did not have the experience they shared. When entering the office the receptionist was taking personal phone calls and did not seem happy to help us. When she called to let me know what was going on with my car she continued with her unpleasant attitude so I decided to take my business elsewhere, as I would recommend to anyone else looking for maintenance.

It's rare that I trust a business 100%. However, the quality of work, honesty of mechanics, and fair price is exemplary!I am treated with friendliness and my questions are answered with patience. It is a pleasure to wait for my car.I am so fotunate to have found Munsons and have been going to them for longer than I can remember.

Poor customer service. Doesn't even open up the door so you can explain or talk to anybody about the problem. Expects you just to drop your car and they'll call you when with an appointment.Service: General repairs & maintenance

These guys are great. They squeezed me in for work on my Honda when it wouldn't start. They came to the same disagnosis as me and did not try to upsell unnecessarily. Always extremely quality work and pickup/dropoff is a breeze. Please keep in mind the area can be a bit sketchy at night - you may want to avoid leaving your car here for long hours.

FRAUD and THIEVES spoken here. Quote one price and charge another. They do *unauthorized* work and charge for it. They won't release your car til it is paid. Must be hard up for cash to do that to people. And act like you're doing nothing wrong. I am having them investigated.
