I seriously never take the time to write reviews but I was so impressed with the costumer service and overall experience at Mr. Formal that I felt I needed to share. My boyfriend went into Mr. Formal with no knowledge of what he was searching for other than a suit for a wedding. Brocklyn assisted him during the process of picking out different colors and styles. After he told her what he was interested in, she then fitted him and got his exact measurements and sent us on our way in under 45 minutes. We went in on a Friday afternoon and were able to pick up the suit the very next day, which happened to be the morning of the wedding. I just wanted to write this review to thank Shaunte and Brockyln for making this happen, I don’t think anywhere else would have been able to get him a fitted suit in less than 24 hours. We will definitely be coming back for any future suit purchases or rentals. Thank you again!

I recently purchased a suit with my son for his wedding from Mr.Formal. The quality of the suit was excellent and fit him perfect! The selections they gave were beyond what we were looking for and the staffs ability to color match was so convient! Nicole and Brocklyn were more than helpful and made us super comfortable in a new shopping experience! We will definitely be returning to Mr Formal for any of our suit needs and recommend it to all of our friends!

Do not rent here or purchase here. Staff is awful, there theives, they take your money. I needed suits for our wedding, they took measurements and couldn't get it correct. Clearly, they should be fired, because they care more about their looks than the customer. Nicole couldn't get read a tape measure and got sizing wrong on everything the day before my wedding. And then said sorry don't know what to tell you, and tried to have me drive to Portland on the day of my wedding to pick up, hopefully one that fit. Needless to say, that wasn't an option, and then call the cops because they steal.uoir money. They refused to refund the money and we had to pay for suits we couldn't even use and had already given back.
This place will RUIN your event, don't do it go somewhere else. Until this place gets rid of those 2 girls that work here I wouldn't even bother unless you want so much stress on your wedding day or Prom or whatever special event you're planning cause they WILL ruin in it. There is a Mens Warehouse not that far down the street, go there. This place is super overpriced and not worth the absolutely horrible stress that comes with it. They are unprofessional and do NOT know how to take any sort of measurements, and they sit apply lip gloss all day long. If I could give a negative star I would. Worst experience EVER

I have to say Mr Formal goes way behind helping families that have Financial hardships. Walked in and explained our secomdtances and next thing we knew Mr Formal met our needs behind what we expected. Was able to get help with a tux for my child's Prom at no cost . Wasn't expecting this . Thank you Mr Formal you guys are Amazing !! I hope people see that they go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met . Thank you ❤️

Wonderful customer service from Shante on some alterations needed! The process was quick and easy. While we waited, I overheard 2 other staff members working with clients and was impressed overall with the level of service provided. We will definitely return.

Great customer service! Brock and Nicole were extremely attentive and were able to get me in and out quickly. Have been in many times, just never left a review before. Great business and highly recommend coming through!

I decided to choose Mr. Formal for an event I was attending with my family. I'm so glad I did! Brooke, greeted me as I walked in and asked what I was looking for. She helped me decide the appropriate attire, sizing and all! I was amazed at how knowledgeable Brooke was. She made what I thought would be a stressful time, be so easy and seamless!!
