Easily the worst store on the planet. They don't answer the phone at all. The staff has 0 idea what they are doing. Went in financed a phone the paper work said the opposite of the lady selling the phone. Took 30 days to reach a manager he was as clueless as the worker. Very dishonest staff go any place but here .

We've been with metro for 20 years, we bought a phone a little over a month ago and they're refusing to take it back, it doesn't work. Looking into switching to AT&T because it's ridiculous how they treat people that have been loyal customers for 20 years.

Was in there today because my phone just stopped working someone tampered with it and hacked my sim card number and another number on my account was changed somehow and most of my funds from my bank account was taken as well. She had a long day already and was done for the day but she stuck around to see what the issue was she was very helpful to get everything back to normal was very grateful for her.

Carlos is best employee iv ever met at this place.The last two people who were in really had no initiative to help me and my situation i was dealing with..Now Carlos that guy helped and solved my problem and with a good attitude and for that I’m saying thanks.

Went in to get my husband a new phone. He had a few ladies who were rude to him and refuse to give him service.. we went in the next day and got help by a lady who was the sweetest. Said she only works sundays there. But she she helped us get what we needed. Over all she brought the great ratings!

Been trying to report my stolen phone and replace the sim card now for a month and had nothing but terrible service for Metro PCS, but because they apparently don't answer their phone in the store, I drove in from Battle Ground to be treated extremely rudely by the young lady working there. Apparently they don't understand what customer service even is. Paying for service I can't even use because they can't figure out how to replace my sim card in one of THEIR old phones is completely unacceptable and we will be switching all four of our phones to a different provider ASAP.

I came to buy a phone but there was a sign saying “Out for lunch back in 15-30” I waited over 30 minutes and there were people who were waiting nearly an hour. I get that people need to eat lunch but they’re going to take forever and there’s no manager or anyone to cover? That’s a joke and I feel bad for the employees lol
