The people that work here were very helpful. Told me that I did not have the 5G wifi in my mobile home park yet.The store down the street rips you off. DO NOT GO TO THE ONE BY SKIPPERS.

Employee is a jokester. Didn't even bother looking into my account and just told me I'm "maxed out on the family plan with 4 lines" meanwhile, I'm literally looking at the METROPCS website and it says 5, FIVE lines, exactly what I wanted for the exact price I was already told by an employee of METROPCS customer support, who did look into ny account and said I did qualify for a FIFTH line. ? y'all need to get your employees to stop trying to scam your customers at this location.

I went in to MetroPC on Saturday. The fellow helping me was doing a great job. I wanted to Port my phone # to them from Verizon. Everything was set up except for a small amount of information. However we were not able to get all of the information needed at that time. So I went back on the next Monday and I was told by different employee that I could not Port my phone # unless the account manager was present in person. The problem with that is that the account manager lives in a different state. There is no way that she can fly up to where I live just to ok, me to Port out my #. Metro just lost me as a customer. I don't know who was lying to me about Metro's rules and regs. To bad perspective customers can't get the truth about thier services.

Been a metro customer for a long time went in to get new phone and the guys attitude was aggressive ,rude and unprofessional. First Time in all the yrs I've been with metro that I've had a complaint. This particular guy is hurting your company.
