These guys tried to charge me $45 for a service that is free! The guy asked if I was paying in cash or card I said card and he tried saying cash only. I went to the Fourth plain location and the service had no charge .... don't use this location!!

Awesome customer service the guys who was working in the store was very helpful and they helped me alot to get new free phone and transfer my all photos, contacts to the new phone. Thanks guys for helping me.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!!!! They flat out lie to you about what is required to begin Metro PCS service swindling as much money out of you as they can.. which is pretty much committing fraud. BBB has been notified and an FTC investigation has been opened.

Weird experience and feel scammed. I went in for a phone and instead of allowing me too look at phones they were like car salesmen trying to sell me what they wanted to sell not what I wanted to look at. I've dealt with metro several times so I know the line of questions that's to be asked.. I was not asked what plan I wanted I wasn't asked if I wanted insurance the case the screen cover or number. He told me he gave me a deal when in fact I paid more than what i needed to.. Didn't even provide an itemized receipt for what I left the store with. Instead I was asked what I do for work and how much money I have and how much money I make.

Be very careful with the local employees, they always charge double and never provide a purchase receipt!!

Horrible customer service. Went in to deactivate the account of my mother, who is dying of advanced dementia. They instead of canceling they activated my line, which has been paid 2 weeks ago. I was sent a bill for $80. Then had to spend 10 minutes talking with customers service convincing them that no the phone had not just been activated and to refund me.

Khali and Yaser were WONDERFULLY nice to me. Im a customer that enjoys encountering people. These two gave me great customer service that was speedy and professional. Khali also took the time to show me products and explained pricing plans with me. I was going to switch to Cricket(same parking lot) but these two and their personal treatment retained me as a customer.KUDOS to these team members. Thanks for being WONDERFULLY nice

I got a new phone on Friday and had some problems trying to do some things I didn't know how. I also needed to transfer something off my old phone. Johnny at the Andersen store helped in out with all of it in just a few minutes. He is very knowledgeable, just a very nice young man . Thank you Johnny
