I had a very pleasant experience here transferring my wife over onto my plan, she got a new phone and we brought it in with her old phone. The representatives were incredibly patient and helpful despite us not having all of the information needed for the transfer readily available. They helped us get everything figured out and set up with all we needed while being transparent every step of the way so that we were always on the same page and that we only paid for what we wanted. I also got a free tablet after being with Metro for 1 year and overall i am very satisfied with the entire experience now having everything i need in my phone plan (including device insurance), plus more, all for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend to anyone to go here.
