The experience at this metro store on Mill Plain was amazing. The employees of this store was incredibly patient and helpful while getting the phone. They explained all plan options, phone features, and didn't pressure into anything unnecessary. The whole process was smooth and stress free. The expert advice helped find the perfect plan. I have come to Metro by T-Mobile several times and the same thing always happens: they try to charge more than what is shown on their own website, which I have personally verified. Customer service is very poor, and if they cannot justify the extra charge, they would rather cancel the order instead of resolving the issue properly. Very disappointing.
