That what I got after paying 1000$ cash and the insurance paid the rest,add the stress and the driving twice Back and forth to fix there mistakes ,today whoever I met him at shop was quick, bringing the car to me and I can see the middle part hanging down when he was driving through me ,when I asked him what is that?his answer was very simple in cold blood your insurance not covering, I don't understand who will cover there mistakes, I hope the owner and the manager happy for scamming senior man on disability.

I will never go anywhere else for car repairs. The entire staff was so kind and helpful, shout out to Kelly, he was awesome!! They even cleaned my floor mats!! Such an amazing experience, thank you again!!

Friendly and fast service. I had my car fixed in 2022 after I was rear ended and was happy with the service back. They were great with communicating where my car was in the process. Unfortunately less than two years later there was an exhaust leak found by my deanship. I brought the car back to Classic Collision and Ryan (I hope I remembered that correctly) was super helpful and found the factory part and it was fixed within an hour.

Comically bad service. Absolute clowns. I went there a few minutes ago to drop off my husband's car for a scheduled repair at 2pm. He had to work today, so it was my duty. When I went into the front office, I found a full press of idiots loitering behind the counter, all loudly talking over and at each other. Nobody greeted me, but one of the goobers in the back became confused and alarmed when I told him I was there to drop off a car for someone. When I said it wasn't mine, he didn't bother to go out and look at the car or check to see if it was on their schedule. And when I told him my husband's name, repeatedly, he was all like "Who is that?! That could be anyone! We don't even know who that is!" Meanwhile, the lady by the computer, who apparently had been listening to all this even as she was talking to another employee, quietly said my husband's full name, then resumed her other conversation, refusing to further acknowledge or speak to me.None of this assuaged the goober, who followed me out of the office, shouting "You can't just show up and leave a car here!" and "I have no idea whose car that is!"So I took the car back. Their original window for repair was Jan, but that had called a couple weeks ago to say they could fit us in today. Husband will be mad, but I'm going to petition insurance to let us find a new vendor. I've never seen such a disorganized bunch or been treated so disrespectfully. I get that maybe they've all gone a bit feral, and it's hard to find good people post pandemic, etc. etc., but enough's enough. No idea if their repair services are any good, but when it comes to doing even a modicum of the most basic customer service imaginable ("You're here to drop of a car? Let me check our schedule... as, yes, here you are!"), I'm skeptical their employees have even a brain cell between them.

Very quick and efficient. There was one scheduling snafu but once that was cleared up it was very smooth. I also appreciated the texts on how the car repairs were going. Repairs look great.

Hit a deer needed quote. Took about a month to get on their schedule for just the evaluation. I arrive at my appt Justin evaluated car and gave me a quote that day. We set up an appt. For their next opening a month away. I realized my appt. Was on Labor Day and called and a co worker answered and I told him about the holiday and he dropped the phone and Justin was on the other end with a “Yeah?”I asked if they were open Labor Day. He tone changed. No we are not and set it up for Sept 5. The next day I realized I forgot to ask a question , it was simple how long do you think it will take. I called three time and even said to the cop worker just have him text me if he can’t talk. I didn’t hear from him. The co workers were very short and would drop the phone too. I decided that there customer service was terrible. I decided to go else where and found Alpine Auto body. Who will talk to you and the re is no on fighting in the shop. My two stars relate to customer service only. No work was done on my car.

I'd give 0 stars if I could due to the unprofessionalism and abhorrent customer service provided by this location. My car was stolen and after two days of coordinating with this location regarding repair, I was told by Jeffrey that my vehicle was physically present at the shop and that I could come by to do the authorization forms and retrieve my personal belongings. My car was not physically present at the shop at all and I had to request time off work to accomplish nothing.The next day I'm notified of the vehicle finally being delivered to the shop and Justin, a customer service representative at this location, reached out to let me know they had not received keys for the vehicle. I had brought the keys with me the day prior and no one asked for them.My request for a potential concession on pricing due to the miscommunication on their part seemed to upset Justin, who was now speaking about a social media trend that taught people how to steal vehicles like my own. I let him know that I was aware of this issue and stated that a lack of personal responsibility and repercussion allowed these kids to feel as though they could do anything, including steal cars.Justin offered to fight me for expressing frustration at the individuals who stole my car. He then refused to service my vehicle and I need to find a new shop to have the vehicle brought to after coordinating with this shop for 2 days. Is it even legal for them to refuse service for no reason like this?

This review is for Classic Collision, Vancouver location on Minnehaha only. My insurance company recommended them after a serious fender bender in downtown Vancouver. They were a joy to work with. Got me in fairly quickly for both the estimate, and the repairs, and finished the job on the day promised. They even helped coordinate with the rental car agency so I could be shuttled back and forth, at my convenience. Matt was my representative, and he was professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, and kept every promise he made. And, they did a great job. The car looks brand new. Thank you Classic Collision, for making a difficult time, just a little better.

I was in a collision earlier in the year and was searching for a collision repair center. My headlight cluster was destroyed and corner panel was dented and marred. Classic Collision on 63rd st in Minnehaha was the fourth shop I called to obtain a quote and they were the soonest that could schedule me to survey the damage and give me an estimate. Their estimate advisor, Stacie, provided daily electronic updates on my truck's repairs and and answered every question with honest expertise. She is very detail oriented and I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality repairs!
