Very wonderful sales lady Amada. She was awesome!! She explained in detail about all the mattresses. She was very knowledgeable and so nice. I love all the benefits of the mattress I purchased ,most especially the 120 day trial.

Amanda and Joe at the Columbia Tech location are phenomenal! I got two mattresses from them in the last six months-one for me and one for my dad who wasn’t able to go himself. Both Amanda and Joe were incredibly kind and knowledgeable without being pushy about getting a sale. Both Amanda and Joe heard my dad’s story and offered compassion and kindness while they took their time with me while shopping for a mattress for someone who wasn’t there to try it out. I came back when my mattress was due and they still showed the same kindness and warmth. I will always recommend Joe and Amanda for their knowledge and kindness on these two visits!!
