I recently visited Mackin’s after an accident. State Farm recommended this shop, and I’m so glad I went with their suggestion. I was very impressed by Teressa and Nick’s professionalism. Rest of the shops had be wait 3 days for an estimate, but I was able to walk-in and get help. They provided a perfect estimate, explained all the details, and helped me deal with State Farm. This local family-owned business truly understands the value of customer care. Thanks, Nick, for taking such good care of me. Highly recommended!!

Mackin's Auto Body was amazing! They took great care of my car, front desk was always available, main shop guy was friendly and attentive. Updated me every single step of the way and anytime I called for an update they were always honest. They asked me if I wanted to change my headlights even when it wasn't too damaged, but when I said no and to leave it alone, they listened and didn't touch it. Worked with my insurance company so I didn't have to worry :) 10/10 would recommend to anyone who needs body work done!

Kept me updated throughout the entire process, through each step, from Intake to final putting vehicle back together. They also stepped in to deal with insurance which was a huge weight off my shoulders. Hood, Fender and bumper replaced and repainted, passenger side door required "blending" of paint to better match the new panels. Very well done, can't tell any work was done at all. Very seamless

Fantastic shop. They got the work done very well AND ahead of schedule and made the whole process incredibly smooth and so much less stressful!! I had a cross country trip planned just two months after a hit and run and was so afraid I’d have to cancel the whole thing for the repair work. Eric went above and beyond to ensure my car was done before my trip and I can’t appreciate the staff here enough!!!

After this lady hit my Toyota Tacoma, I entrusted the friendly staff at Mackins to repair it. A few days later I get a text "We still have your key but we cannot locate your truck." Insurance company might as well have just laughed at me because I only had liability coverage.
Sounds like the facility could use better security.

Completely satisfied with the entire process. My car was ready sooner than anticipated. Repairs are perfect and the staff was friendly and kept me updated throughout the process.
