One of the most pleasant car shopping experiences Met Adam the owner. He was Honest and knowledgeable about the cars on his lot. I knew exactly what I was looking for and he showed me my options in my price range.
I always take my vehicles in for a pre purchase inspection. He had no issues with that at all.
I would highly recommend A&M afordable cars if you are in the market for an afordable used car.

I’d give negative stars if possible. Gave Adham a cashiers check for a trade-in. Instead of using the check to fulfill our agreement and paying off my existing loan, he kept the money. Now instead of one loan, I’m paying for both the old and the new. He is a scam artist. He forced me to get an attorney and sue him rather than show a speck of dignity. Would never recommend this thief to anyone.
Update: he gave my bank a check that bounced 1 week later. Now 87 days without fulfilling the contract.
2nd update 8/19/2024: Adham still hasn’t given the license plates to me for the vehicle. When my daughter went in to get a renewal permit, he gave her one, only to get pulled over by a deputy to find out the permit Adham wrote belongs to another vehicle. Now 120 days without fulfilling the contract. Terrible human being

I 100% recomend M&A!!! Adham was amazing!!! So genuine and honest! That's hard to find at any dealership. I've never had such a smooth and absolutely no anxiety experience buying a car as I did today with Adham! Things I brought up I was concerned about on the car, he right away said he would fix it, no extra charge. Even offered for me to come back and they would do a complete detail on the car because he felt it needed it. He did take extra time before me driving off the lot to do what cleaning he could before we left and insisted on it. Don't listen to the bad reviews here. This dealership is amazing!!!

I have called multiple times to get a car fax for a car but they have not responded and/or hung up on me every time I called. They also have a car listed on Craigslist with a clean title, but it’s really a branded title. They are deceptive and do not make it easy like they claim.

My husband and I had a very pleasant experience purchasing a car from here. We were treated with respect and got a great deal on a 2012 Subaru Outback. We were happy with the process from start to finish. They were honest about all the cars we test drove which made us want to purchase from them. Would 10/10 do business with again.

Honestly the best place to go on hwy 99 if your looking for a used car. Great prices, well maintained vehicles, they showed nothing but professionalism and friendliness, they go above and beyond to make sure you drive off the lot with a smile. Really great people to go to for used cars. ?

At first, I had a great buying experience when purchasing a vehicle back in early February. The dealership owner was friendly and answered all questions in a timely manner during the buying process.
When I purchased the vehicle in early February (2/6), the dealership promised the license plates/registration by the end of March at the latest (3/22). However, after March 22nd passed, they continued to insist that my license plates/registration were not available yet. I continued to follow up, but typically received no response- or I was told they would “follow up,” but they never did.
During this time (4/12), I was pulled over by a police officer and was told that the “temporary plate” on my car was invalid and these stopped being issued last year.
*a state law was passed in 2022 for newly purchased vehicles to have a durable plate placed on the front / back frames of the car instead*
I was let off with a warning after nearly receiving an expensive ticket (+$1,000). I called the dealership on 4/15, and they said they were “missing a signature” on my paperwork and that’s “why my plates/registration were not in yet.” I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, so I came in to sign the paperwork and was told they would call me the next day with my plates/registration. They never called me.
A few days later (4/19), I called the dealership and insisted that license plates/registration needed to be ready for pick up the following day. Otherwise, I would be filing a complaint with the state. The dealership owner got upset and hung up during the phone call. When I tried to call back, it went straight to voicemail.
I filed a complaint through the Washington State: Office of the Attorney General (4/22) and was able to finally pick up my plates/registration from the dealership today (4/29). It took 83 days to get the plates/registration that I paid for.
Please visit a different dealership, and avoid M&A at all costs!

Salesman was not pushy, but the forester my friend tried to buy (orange) for me had an obviously blown head gasket and was leaking oil badly. None of those defects were disclosed, which should have been especially for 4k.
Huge waste of time, for me and my mechanic.
