Lowes La Camas is where I go. Im in a wheelchair and don't like going into Lowes or any big store. I arrange to pick my orders up. I let them know when I have arrived via Lowes App and they are at my car within 2 mins everytime. Orders are always correct. Thankful for my LA Camas Lowes!

I had a great experience at Lowe’s recently thanks to an outstanding employee named Julian. I was looking for a new bathroom vanity and had a ton of questions — measurements, installation, materials — the works. Julian was not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also patient and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process.
What stood out most was how he took the time to walk me through several options, explain the differences in quality and pricing, and even looked up inventory in nearby stores when we couldn’t find the right fit at our location. It never felt rushed or like he was just trying to make a sale — he really cared that I found what I needed and felt confident about it.
Customer service like this is rare these days. If you're shopping at Lowe’s and need help, ask for Julian — you’ll be glad you did. Thanks again!

I just got the best customer service from Cary and Nancy in flooring department. They both were awesome and went above and beyond to make sure I'm happy with the service. I will definitely come back and buy more products from this location.

Definitely a mixed bag of customer service. I did a Return of three items. It took an agonizingly long 15 minutes. Initially, the cashier told me that the items I was returning were not on the receipt. I pointed out that there was a second UPC on one of the items and she then proceeded. Secondly, she said that my method of payment was incorrect. Once again, I showed her on the receipt the last four digits And they matched the card I was using. The purchase was in Oregon, not that it matters, and that apparently confused her.
I next went to the flooring department, and needed some assistance. Nobody was in the department, so I asked a passing associate for some help and then they proceeded to page someone to the department. After 10 minutes, nobody showed up. I guess I won’t be getting my flooring at this Lowe’s.
I then went to the hardware area, and there was an associate in that department. I asked him for a suggestion on a part that I needed, he advised and I got it. Great!

I like the prices in the Garden Center better than HD or other hardwarestores. Also better parking, less congestion & better flow to get inside & walk the aisles.

I bought a washer that was definitely not a good product. It’s not lowes fault, but this washer was banging against the barrel and had to be adjusted with just 4 towels. No one wants to adjust every single load of laundry. Lowe’s agreed after I showed and explained that it was a horrible washer. I spoke with Tony the manager on 5/23/24 and he immediately took care of the problem. They came and removed the bad washer and allowed me to purchase a far better washer and price matched everything! Their service is impeccable! I recommend Lowes 100%! Vicky called me and confirmed they took care of the return and scheduled my new washer to be delivered! When you have health issues and people are amazingly considerate that speaks volumes! Thank you Lowes!
