I recently did my taxes with Lisa. I was provided excellent service and was able to help me navigate through my extension and multiple forms. Something very difficult for me became a rewarding process! I recommend this business 100%.

I've been having my taxes done here for about 4 years now. The first 2 years went well. Stock sales, house sales, some complicated stuff. Apart from the stress of doing taxes, I was able to get everything finished easily.
Then my tax person moved and I got switched to Michael. Que the lack of communication, doing the bare minimum, and the SECOND year of trying to get my taxes done on time. With paying over $1000 to have my taxes done, I would expect more professionalism.
I've called Linda's 5 times over the past 6 weeks. Spoke to his assistant, the office staff etc. "We'll have him call you back." "Looks like we have everything".
Definitely time to find a new place, because this one's customer service value has obviously gone downhill...
Update- 3 more months later and no updates, no taxes

Hardly anyone will communicate with you. Always pushed to voicemail. It's the 24th of April and we still haven't talked to someone about our taxes except for they are in "review". We been using Linda's for 5 years and their services have gone way down hill. Wouldn't recommend after this year of working with them.

I've worked with Linda's for the past 4 years, they do some things very well; however, the communication and tax preparation for my business and personal taxes has been an absolute nightmare. No communication, no returned phone calls, no questions asked until the last week of the tax season and just overall a very poor experience. I doubt we will be able to trust them with our taxes in the future, they constantly seem overwhelmed and are always "with clients", yet never once giving me time as a client. My recommendation would be to find someone else to do yours.

Extremely happy with Linda's tax service. Have been with them 3 years so far. I did our taxes myself for years. We didn't own a home, real estate or any investments so we just needed short form filed. Where the problem lies was with the Oregon tax return. I honestly believe they make it complicated on purpose. Then we bought a home, cashed out a retirement fund, received an inheritance and changed jobs all in one year. I wasn't going to attempt to do that by myself! In came Linda's tax service. I can't tell you how much I appreciate someone else is doing it now. With no complications at all. We are home with them.

I have been having Michael B. Do my families taxes for a few years now he does such a wonderful job. I refer him to everyone I know. I give Linda's tax service a 5 star but for their business side of taxes I don't really recommend them. It has really been awful with that side of the service. They are not on top of their tax stuff and make me late for my quarterly taxes because they let the information given to them just sit, then I get charges extra fees. So love my yearly tax guy Michael. He is the only reason I stay

We had a very terrible experience with Linda's Tax Service.
At our first meeting, we were welcomed into the building and asked for payment pretty much right off the bat. Eventually, we met with Michael. He was incredibly blah- at best. He had no demeanor, made us ask all the questions and do all the talking and he just sat at his computer typing the whole time.
We had emailed Michael several times and never once got a reply. This was incredibly rude, and not really a great service when I'm about to spend hundreds of dollars. I even called and left a voicemail and the call was never retuned.
Well weeks went by and I never heard anything so I called again to ask if my taxes were done yet. I was told they were and have been sitting on the desk waiting for days.... days...
Why wouldn't someone call and let us know they were done? The whole experience felt really bad and even a bit shady.
Michael is the worst - avoid him at all costs.
You're better off going to H&R Block or doing your taxes yourself rather than spend hundreds of dollars on a terrible attitude and terrible service.

The P&L and balance sheets they had done for my business and my son's business for years were never accurate. I believe they have since let go the personnel who was in charge of my business account.
