This location is closed in Vancouver, but they have one in Longview. I called the number, they helped out and even sent out a tech to my house in Vancouver to fix my problem. Thank you!

There must have been some major changes. I found the staff very courteous, competent, caring, and helpful... They very reasonably ask that you make an appointment so you won't interrupt services to other clients. I'm very new here, and highly recommend their services.

I've never actually had a problem with them in my sporadic experiences with them, randomly over the last 15 years or so. My insurance issues have been the major thorn in my side, but I've always had decent or positive interactions here.
