I was there for brain surgery. They did not have an accurate medication list they did not give me my psych meds the ninth day I came out of unconsciousness and this one nurse gave me handful of pills I took them swallow them must have been about 15 pills. didn't even know what was going on. The next day I almost died from constipation. They did not give me anything to regulate my bowels, and I got severe very severe constipation. And one of the nurses put 2 round bugs in my bed I went home with them on my legs. And a nurse with shiny shoes tried to trip me three times after surgery three times at the hospital. I was really scared and tried to get away but they wouldn't let me I couldn't it was hard to move. They made me feel like an animal. That was in seventeen when I had my brain operation.

I was legitimately sad to leave the family birthing center as a first time mom.I felt so welcome and taken care of.I gave birth during an ice storm and many staff were in less then ideal conditions trying to get home but you’d never guess. My OB was amazing and many nurses were on their Friday so I met quite a few in my 3 days there and they all felt like family.I left feeling so empowered!10/10 recommend :)Evergreen pediatrics has also been amazing thus far.

Nursing staff and one of the paramedics that brought me here were extremely rude, starting w the emt I had a problem with, he kept the blood pressure thing on my arm really tight and it wouldnt deflate like usual it was causing lots of discomfort I thought I was going to pass out, secondly I couldnt move all night due to excruciating pain in my ears and I was in a wheelchair, the emt I had a problem with took me to the metal detector and said "take your weapon out" I didn't have any weapons, I should be greatful he wasnt a cop, after exiting the metal detector he hastily threw my blankets back on w/o any concern and I had to struggle to wrap myself in warmth again whereas his partner wrapped me up with care. Moving on to the nursing staff, I almost passed out in the lobby falling out my wheelchair, the first thing I heard was, "why are you falling out your wheelchair cody" in a tone that was angry, gee idk maybe cause im in excruciating pain and just told one of you I was about to pass out, I later threw up and there was laughter behind me. I asked for water about 5 times and I didnt recieve my water until I was discharged, I was there for 6hrs. My mouth dried up and formed a nice thick crust in my mouth all while the main doctor that was treating told me to stay hydrated. After all that when I was finally discharged, still in too much pain to move much, they very hastily made a point to get me out their hallway off the gurney disregarding my plee to get some tylenol for the pain and stay a little while longer to regain my strength. While rushing me out, when I was getting up, I was struggling to move cause of the pain and I didnt move the best way to transfer myself to the wheelchair and the nurse very very rudely said "dont be ridiculous" this ear infection I have been dealing with has been the number 1 most painful thing in my life, nothing has ever made me call an ambulance before and the one time I did I was treated terribly. Once I was wheeled out by the front door I didnt have the strength to sit in the chair and ended up rolling on the floor. That final nurse I dealt with is lucky I was in too much pain to speak cause if I wasnt I would've jumped down her throat, thats completely unacceptable, I have never had hospital staff treat me in such a manner let alone multiple people at the same hospital. Last but not least I requested they call my father so he can have the dog dealt with at home and they never called him. Its sad too because healthcare workers have always had my upmost and complete respect for the services they give us in society, they sacrifice years of their lives in school that is exceptionally hard and stressful, make it out, and have long hours, they legally cant recieve mental health services without jeopardizing their license. All these factors and more is what has always held healthcare workers at the highest respected positions in society and myself, its a shame I wasnt met with even a pinch of that kind of respect. I WILL NOT BE PAYING THIS PLACE A SINGLE PENNY.

The intake process in the ER is a living nightmare. After checking in, you have to wait to be called back to triage. After triage, you go back to the waiting room until called back to receive initial care from a nurse. Then back to the waiting room for you to wait being called back for evaluation, test results or further care. We were there for almost 5 hours and were never called back that 3rd time. There were patients in that waiting room who should have been in private rooms from the start and not left bleeding in the waiting room. Absolutely ridiculous process with very little consideration to the patient.

Great Birthing Center. Terrace Cafe inside is great food and great prices. Lost a star because the parking structure has spaces so small it makes cars so close together that either the passenger or driver can't open their doors. INFURIATING!!!!!!

They really though firing all those well qualified nurses and doctors not willing to take the covid shot would help .. well clearly not because every bathroom has needles and blood on the floors. Got transported by ambulance with my daughter and begged them not to take us there. Well they did and we left . Ghetto is an understatement. Had to go through a metal detector with my sick kid just to leave 10 later because it was so gross and not safe for anyone to be there.. with all that extra money you'd think they would hire more house keeping.. now they can't come to terms with blue cross blue shield so they won't be in network any longer. And good riddance because our insurance only excepts the best and they clearly aren't it

My son needed to be seen for a concussion. We waited 25 minutes which wasn’t bad at all. Taken to triage. Nurse didn’t introduce herself. Some guy came in the room from the back, sat down and started asking questions. No introduction of his name, his role, anything. Less than 10 min our visit was done. Follow up with PCP, take advil or Tylenol and use ice if needed. Very poor care. Your employees should always introduce themselves and say what role they will cover during your visit. Disappointed by your lack of services.

Dr. at the hospital was very disrespectful even though I was in severe pain. He still kicked me out the door. He did not have any time or patience for me. This hospital is a bad place to go to. I am going to start not going to hospitals.

This is a horrible place. I’m going on 24 hrs of severe pain and they can’t even write a prescription for me. They first messed up by releasing me without it so I had to call them back three times to remind them. The lady was very rood and acted like I was bothering them. For a bunch of higher educated folks they sure do a very poor job of taking care of patients. I mean something as simple as sending over a prescription should not take 24hrs especially when it was there mistake in the first place. I’m very disappointed and ashamed at our healthcare. What a sad affair it is.

The single worst medical experience in my life at 63. went to the emergency room for chest pains in the evening was there for 3 hrs. with no help at all got pissed and left. Went back the next morning because only emergency room around. Was immediately verbally attacked by the nurse in the triage room while she was checking my blood pressure because I said I was there last night and no one was doing anything for the patients everyone was getting vital and an EKG and that was all, good thing I was taught chivalry. Same thing today, I was there for nine hours with maybe 10 min total face time with anyone. I went to the front desk and asked what was going on because I had seen a complete turnover of people in the waiting room. found out they had all their rooms full and nowhere to put people except in the waiting room and hallways and ignore them unless you hadn't had your vitals or EKG done yet. After all of this they told me what I told them when I arrived and never looked further. They referred me to a cardiologist and that's when they told me that they were no longer a Kaiser affiliated facility. Oh and my final consultation of ZERO information was in the hallway that had cloth privacy barrier lining the hallway from beginning to end. Do Not go to this Hospital! the majority of them are so full of themselves they don't even know pathetically inept they are at their job. I'm management in a business and we would be out of business if we operated the way they do. I wouldn't trust these people to put a toe tag on me correctly if I had died in their emergency room that day. Oh and should I mention I was billed $7K for this terrible service.I'm putting my whole name in because I would love to see management contact me so I can tell them what I really think, but I'm betting their just as pathetic. Shameful!!!Randy Hess

The security is an absolute joke and all of the skybridges are closed with no signage. Typical cattle call now. They used to be leaps and bounds over PeaceHealth. Not anymore.

I have been here for 2 hours with my daughter who was told to come in because of her appendix, look I work in the medical field I get the difference between urgent and emergency. I understand that night is probably the worst of it, the most “non emergent” cases and the most chaos. As I have already seen tonight. What I can’t figure out is why in the room I can see where they triage, 4 nurses have been standing for over a half hour laughing and stuff. I can’t figure out how in 2 hours only 1 person has been taken back. I can’t figure out how hard it is to clean up all the garbage just thrown everywhere. We finally ended up going back where they sat us in two chairs to get results the provider did majority of the exam while she sat in the chair! And then when it was all said and done it took over A an hour to get discharged and the only reason we did is because my daughter complained about the IV that was never used stuck in her arm .This hospital used to be extremely clean and well managed. I was very disappointed in the care and will be looking at ways to speak to the higher ups here!

The lady at the front desk was helpful & caring. The lady taking vitals could learn how to be a little more caring and polite, no reason to be such a grouch!SUPER BUSY! Was in there for a while 11+ hours! The PA was professional & caring! The Nurse I had in the hallway, was ambitious, caring and excellent!! I think her name was Kara? (she wore bright pink scrub pants and a big pink flower clip that day!) She literally ran helping her patients, true gem!Anyways, I understand how busy and short staffed/rooms you guys are! But some of you people should take tips from Kara ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you, Kara!
