Do not go here for your kids/babies labs. We had the WORST experience with Christi P, I’m sorry to name drop but it was my first babies lab draw and she was laughing uncomfortably at him screaming/crying because she had to tourniquet him like 6 times to find a vein. I know it’s hard, but she could have been nicer. Absolutely no empathy, had to get help from someone else to do the draw anyways. The blood draw was fine but my baby was already in hysterics and she was like “im not even doing anything yet”. Honestly, i get my blood draw all the time and this was the worst experience in over 10 years.

I don't even know where to begin. This was beyond a bad experience. Utter incompetence. Really rude employees.

I have used this lab easily over a few dozen times (multiple pregnancies with Legacy) and every single time I leave, I walk out of there thinking “wow, that was really quick and easy” so I figured I may as well write a review finally. They are always so, so quick and efficient. I can’t recall a single time that I’ve waited more than 15 or 20 minutes even when they are completely packed, and I almost never have an appointment. The speed at which they service large groups of people really is impressive. I’ve also never had an issue with them finding veins (something other labs have claimed is difficult on me). I have even gone here after multiple failed attempts to draw blood at my dr’s office and they had no problem finding a vein on the first try. Overall, the efficiency, skill, and professionalism will keep me returning for future lab needs.

I had an appointment. I was punctual. The receptionist was aghast that she had to work with incoming patients. It was pure chaos in there. I would not recommend this location-- very unprofessional.

I came here for my appointment fasting just to here that they do not work today. No message has been sent. I even got a reminder that I had an appointment. I would give minus 100 stars for that. How should I charge them for not fullfilling their responsibilities? I want a laboratory representative contact me.

Had the worst experience with my 13 yr old son getting a MRI today. Desk staff was rude, waited 45 min after scheduled appointment time, then told while walking back that test would take 1.5hrs (never mentioned when I made the appointment). I am not allowed in room during imaging, but 20 minutes in they come out to tell me my son is really nervous and not being still. I could tell by the tech’s tone and conversation that she is already wanting us to be done today. My son tells me afterwards that they gave no explanation just told him to be still. No one was guiding him, no headphone with music or tech speaking through them to give guidance on what to do. Just earplugs and a bunch of stuff bundled around his head and put in the tube. She also told him before I came in, “we don’t have all day.” I know the combo of rushing him, no guidance or assistance, as well as no form of distraction resulted in an unsuccessful appointment. I now have to call the doctor to ask for sedation and reschedule. I will not be using this location again.

Not kid friendly at all, my daughter needed labs done less than 2 weeks after open heart surgery and the people that did her draw where not considerate at all of her recent surgery and how to handle her. I tried being my daughters voice but they just ignored me

My child’s pediatrician ordered labs for my two year old son. I got a text from the lab instructing me to make an appointment because his pediatrician put in the order. I made an appointment for the lab work and came in. I waited before being called back to one of their check in booths. The woman told me she had no request for labs for my son despite the fact that his pediatrician ordered these labs and I made the appointment and already waited. She told me to go back to my son’s pediatrician to get the paperwork. I was already struggling with my son due to my son having sleep issues (why we were getting labs in the first place) and being out of control from lack of sleep. I also had not slept at all. She didn’t even say I’m sorry for the inconvenience or anything, just very abrupt. I went and waited to get the paperwork and came back down. I was upset due to my son running circles around me and being exhausted and sent around. In fact I was even in tears from the stress and I know she must have saw that. Instead of a shred of empathy, someone in the office in the laboratory services called and reported to my son’s pediatrician that I PUSHED MY SON INTO A DESK. I cannot believe this! I would never hurt my child. I am livid. Anyone with a shred of common sense or a heart would have seen that I was doing anything I could to occupy my son and get him to behave as he was sleep deprived and running away from me and refusing to cooperate. Not even games on my phone or fruit snacks was occupying him and IF ANYTHING he probably tripped into something which he does often when he is sleep deprived and running around. Then dealing with THEIR mistake of not having the referral. I’m humiliated that they said this to my child’s pediatrician. Unacceptable!

Took my son, 11 years old, Down Syndrome & Autism, to the lab this morning. As it is common with kids with special needs, he needs extra time to calm down to get blood work done. While I was trying to get him calm down and sit on my lap the phlebotomist said she couldn't do it today. A big man with blue Lab t-shirt came, told us to leave saying my son posed threats to his staff by hitting her twice which wasn't true. I had my son with me the whole time he was wiggling and I knew he didn't hit anybody. The man didn't even clarify the situation with me he just rudely told us to go to emergency room and leave right now or he called security. I have been taking my son to this lab yearly since he was born in 2010 and never had any problem. Ken from security was nice and reasonable, understanding when I asked for a different phlebotomist. My son finally calmed down and another phlebotomist was able to get blood work done fast and no drama. All he needs is a little extra time and patience & kindness from the staff, which I believe is a reasonable expectation of anybody working in healthcare especially when dealing with kids with special needs. I hope all staff will be provided necessary training to better serve special needs community so no one else has to experience what we experienced today.

Very fast, got my labs done in minutes. However the desk staff can be a bit blunt and not super compassionate.

Desk clerks just sit there and don't assist with check-in. They implemented a check-in kiosk with poor User Interface and poor instructions.

In and out in under 30 minutes. Doctors had good bed side and staff was very understanding about no insurance and just took cash up front, also made an effort to make my visit cost effective and gave me a referral for a cat scan. 10/10 would patient again.
