I needed a backfill, color change, gems reapplied, color consult, acrylic nail trim, etc.
Ronny is THE ONE. Took great care of me. I love my nails. Really nice person as well.
Pricing was also better than I expected. Clean and relaxing environment.
Must go.

Update: Nina, Cindy, and Chelsea are not only the sweetest, but also do stunning work.
Nina treated me with one of if not the best pedicures I've ever had.
Cindy crushed my acrylics. She helped me with color and stylizing.
I couldn't be happier.
Chelsea didn't work on me, but I saw the nails she did. Stellar. She did help me with scheduling. Even when I was a bit ditsy about it, she made me feel at ease and comfortable.
Basically, no matter who you work with, you'll leave not only satisfied but ready to re-book.
I really don't think there's a better salon in Vancouver wa.

I bought my wife a gift certificate to this salon a few years ago when she worked in that area. She just recently went to use it and although no expiration date was mentioned on it, the worker would not accept it. Money down the drain because of poor business practices.

I've been coming here for many years getting gel manicures and never had a problem until this last time. The tech was one I hadn't had before, and the polished nails soon started popping off in one piece, one or two a day. As of today, there are two left. So, I wasn't able to change my work schedule and come back in immediately after the first two disappeared. I figured they'd recognize by looking at the two remaining nails (or look up the invoice in their system) that the job was fairly recent and at least acknowledge that having eight fingers with zero polish isn't a normal thing! "Normal" for gel is to have to sand and soak and scrape old polish off! To be clear: I wasn't trying to get a free re-do or anything, just for them to acknowledge the problem and make at least a token effort (20 percent discount on the re-do?) to keep a longtime customer happy. I always liked coming here! But the gal at the desk today couldn't have cared less. Again, I've been coming here for years and I'm just really shocked at the way they handled this. I think if Sandy (the very nice owner) had been there, this would have played out differently. Now I've gotta go someplace else. :-(

It was relaxing and liked the foot scrub options. The chairs were comfy. We got the deluxe packages and I wanted a little bit of work done on my fiancé’s callus on his foot and the nail technician barely worked on it. The massages were not pleasant. And my fiancé’s nail technician made two of his nails bleed quite a bit. My nail technician didn’t ask about squaring or rounding my nails and I like them short so she clipped them short and then squared them and they looked really weird. All this cost me $160 bucks with 18% tip and I had to fix my nails a few days later on my own. Will not be coming back and will not recommend this place which is unfortunate since it seems to have good reviews.

Wish I had been told that the person doing my nails was new as in maybe her first time ever. No one spot checked her. She was so sweet, By the time I figured out she had started. Barely touched my feet, seemed uncomfortable and squeamish. Terrible polish job, so disappointed. Hoping she gets a little coaching from the always excellent techs!

I’m literally never disappointed at Lavish! I’ve had my nails done here for years and had a pedicure for the first time recently and I’ve never been more relaxed in my life! The massage chair is fantastic, if you’re a drinker, they’ll give you wine and such, and the nails I leave with are always top notch!

I have been going to Lavish nails for 15+ years! Phanny is my gal and she knows me well. Sandy runs a great shop and it's the best in Vancouver! Clean, beautiful and they really care. Mani. Pedi waxing and they offer drinks.

I've been to this nail salon twice now and have been happy each time. What drew me to this salon was the pictures of shorter nail designs. I work on a computer all day and prefer shorter nails. My last tech, Christina, did a wonderful job at filing and shaping my nails to the perfect length and they don't feel bulky. The staff is friendly, chatty and love doing what they do.

Sandy was absolutely the best. I am a mom to two young boys and this get away was extra special. She gave me the best leg and foot massage I've ever had. I could legit feel new energy going through my body. Not to mention my regular polish mani turned out PERFECT! Definitely making this my main spot! Also the atmosphere was so clean and the energy was amazing. Best Valentine's Day ever

I love this place! It's fun and laid back. This was my second time there. Sandy did my pedicure, and she's was great! I will definitely be back and will ask for her again, but all the employees there are fantastic!
