I would give LA Fitness another star but the pool and hot tube hasn't been fixed for several months since I have joined in late 2023. I keep getting the excuse of the contractors are still looking at it. I doubt a contractor will wait this long for parts or labor.
I am still being charged monthly for the same rate as if the pool and tube are functioning. I joined mainly for the pool exercises and to relax in the hot tube after a good workout. If 24-Hour Fitness pool wasn't down themselves then I would have joined them. Their hours work best with my schedule.

At least one pc of equipment is broken all the time. The dumbells are old and wrecked. Some are just straight missing for years. Only reason i visit this location is its close to my house

I joined for many reasons, but the main attractions were hot tub and pool. Turns out they are and have been closed till further notice. Go figure, was told that after the fact. So, if that is what you need, go elsewhere.

I signed up a few weeks back and I have had a great experience so far. The staff are amazing and I love the equipment selection and the building. I would like to shoutout David G who gave me great pointers during our workout.

Great gym, love the racquet ball courts and sauna. Community there is fun and upliftingPool is down and has been for a several months.A bit pricy especially for not being able to use the pool. Initial and annual fee seems a bit ridiculous….

Have made it impossible to cancel membership despite contacting multiple times. Sold extra membership features that aren't available at this location. Unpleasant facilities.

This location's pool area was forced to close by the Clark County health department due to an HVAC failure that caused a mold problem and they did NOT warn their clients of this. I'm very susceptible to mold and had to read about this in the Columbian. I go there an 4+ times a week and I'm so upset they didn't warn their clients about the mold in the building.
