The store has plenty of parking and lots to look at as well as Macy's the department store. Tyler in fragrance department was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and demonstrated such great customer service people skills.

The dressing rooms were messy and full of clothes. When I asked about cleaning the room they told me was available they said they could not clean the rooms until the adjacent area was clean. They didn't seem so concerned. More concerned about breaks and talking about life.

I'm sorry but I can't justify spending more than $50 for a pair of jeans or a shirt that won't last more than a 3 months at work, no matter whose name is stitched into them (except for you Carhartt! I have pairs of them that I have worn until they literally came apart or were to revealing to wear anymore, lol). All around the entire store they seem to be trying to upsell every item they have.. I think it's just a trap to get you locked into their credit card.. just my opinion, you are welcome to spend whatever you choose on whatever you wish, personally I prefer to be just a bit more frugal. Not my kind of place.

They wouldn't honor a 20% off coupon I had for cologne.

Looking for big rugs and Kohl’s didn’t have what we wanted. Usually they do have everything we want. Will continue to shop there first..

I usually like shopping at Kohls but services seem to be getting worse over time. I was astounded today when I did two separate returns (2 ottomans) at their Amazon return center. They gave me the 15% coupon after the first return. I had to go to the car (due to heavy weight of each package) for 2nd package. The lady who took my second return tore off the 15% coupon. I asked her why did she do this. She said I did a separate return before, right? I said yes.. but stood a bit baffled that the 1st Amazon staff member took the time to tell the 2nd staff member to tell them to NOT give the coupon to me. Really? I don't care about the coupon but, really? If I was not brown they wouldn't have been able to describe me from another customer. That's being petty. So ridiculous that was worth putting a bad taste in my mouth for your store.

I had received a coupon for 30% off - and when I went to use it the cashier said "that coupon can't be used on New Balance Shoes" Kind of disappointing as that is the only item we purchased.

This is less about this location than Kohl's in general. I recently visited this store after seeing the ads for the new home decor lines. On entering the store there were numerous items on sale, or at least with sales tags on the racks - an electronic tag that said what the percentage off was for the item. I picked up two items, both supposedly 15% off, and headed to check out. After the usual "do you want to open a credit card" (no) and "do you have a phone number with us" (also no), the total came up. There was no 15% off. I asked the cashier about it. "Oh, did you want the discount?" she asked. Well, yes. "Then you need to go to the website and click the button at the top to download the coupon..."
What happened to just applying the discount at checkout? Nowhere on the sales signs did it say I had to download a coupon from the website. Why do I have to do the extra work for what was advertised? It is ridiculous. I ended up paying full price for the items because I had other things to do that day. In any case, Kohl's lost a customer on Sunday. Basic principle here - make it easy for me to give you my money. Don't make me jump through hoops to get a discount you've advertised. And don't ask me, with surprise, if "want the discount!"

This must be the worst Kohl's ever, I go to buy my wife some perfume for Mothers day and they don't sell any this location. But they said they will start selling at the end of the month, long after Mothers day. You know Mothers day one of the biggest times of the year for perfume sales.

Don’t trust any Kohls stores online! So frustrated! Wasted so much time trying to get a pet bag for my elderly dog!
