Love this place! Shopping here is such a better value than buying greenwashed brands at target, and it feels good to support local and do better for the environment (and my health). The owner & employees offer their knowledge and suggestions, and are always super friendly when I stop in. The lavender laundry soap is my personal favorite. Switch to bulk, and support kindred home supply!

Delightful shop full of local Art & Crafts from glass to paintings. My favorite is the huge selection of non-alcoholic wine, brews and spirits. They taste very much like the real thing and are full of healthy nootropics without the risks involved with drinking alcohol. I recommend everyone come and walk through this shop your guaranteed to find something you cannot live without. Looking for that perfect gift? Here's the place to find it! I met the owner at the Vancouver Art & Music Festival, she is just as delightful and was making connections with the local artists and inviting them to come host a class at her shop! Isn't that wonderful?

Coming from Austin (TX) to here this was one of the first stores we visited. It gave hope to what looks and feels like a eco-deficient city. This is such a fantastic store that offers bulk and sustainably made/sourced household items. It's a terrible tragedy to learn the store will be closing at the end of the year they have done such a great job with the space - hope they can keep going elsewhere!

Wonderful home store for sustainable and eco living.......I purchased wool dryer balls, a hair conditioner bar, and a wooden hair brush. They also foster rabbits, so I was able to pet and feed their 2 fosters. I will be a repeat customer!!!

This store and staff could not be any more wonderful. Every time I come in, I know it is going to be a good experience. I am also a service provider for this company, along with being a customer, and I can tell you that they treat their service providers with respect and actually take the time out of their day to let me know they appreciate my team and I. I will continue being a customer to this fantastic store and you definitely should too.

The existance of a zero-waste store such as Kindred in my community makes it possible for me to meet my basic needs and more with high quality locally and sustainably sourced bulk goods! I can conveniently shop in accordance to my ethics. Just months ago I would kick myself whenever I'd buy a stick of deoderant or bottle of conditioner due to how much single-use-indestructible-killing-the-earth plastic would accompany each purchase. I feel so grateful and frankly liberated that places such as this exist and not only do they offer zero/low waste goods; they also offer lots of constructive community workshops and there's a record store in the basement (Shoutout to Ronald Records!) Hats off. 10/10

I don’t have enough good things to say!! My daughter and I go here regularly and always feel welcomed. We are new to the area and appreciate having somewhere we go and just hangout, attend classes or workshops or grab some home staples too. We love visiting their foster bunnies too!

I absolutely love this shop! I've driven down from Seattle just to be able to shop in-store. The atmosphere is incredible! I love the diversity in sustainable and local options for purchase here! LOVE their bulk refill options. They have a lot of different products you don't normally see at zero waste stores.
