Pros: Very pretty school, Miss Chelsea was a gem. There was another teacher who my son really liked as well in Hoods, the app is convenient, the cameras are nice.Cons: Large class sizes, Not inclusive to neurodivergent kids, no resources for early education interventions. This is a program designed for “easy” kids and does not offer a well rounded education. I was called every day for behaviors which taught my son that if he showed big behaviors, mommy would come get him. We felt like our son was a burden on their school & had been directed towards other programs. We did find a learning center that he started and was immediately back in undies and using the potty. Immediately saw him more regulated. The school found outside resources for my son that come to the school. He has not been physical with any teachers or kids at this school. This tells me that my son did not feel valued or cared for in this environment.I do want to add that I waited to post this until I saw how my son would behave at a new center. He started in December and this is my review after seeing the differences between both daycares.

I've had a positive experience with the academy from day one. From their kind and prepared teachers/staff, professional administration, and diversified classrooms, I'd recommend KA to any parent looking to find childcare or preschool for their little ones. My child looks forward to attending everyday speaking of excitement to classroom learnings and friends they have made. Many things including behavior, vocabulary, potty habits to name a few have, improved with my child.

Kiddie Academy at Vancouver Fisher Landing is really amazing!! Deepika Ilavarasan does a phenomenal job of maintaining the standards of the daycare be it the safety of the kids or the hygiene standards. The main thing that makes this daycare the best is that it’s a happy place for my baby. All the teachers (I mean every single one of them) are extremely affectionate and go beyond their responsibilities and actually care for the babies like they are their own. I’m sending my baby since she was 3.5 months old and she has a really big smile when she sees any of her teachers. From the food to their teaching curriculum, everything is just perfect! A big shoutout to my baby’s teachers, Emily, Waafa and Maruwa. If you are looking for a daycare in this area, don’t think twice! The only thing is that you have to book really ahead of time since they only have a limited number of spots, especially for infants. (I booked when I was 7 weeks pregnant!)

We've had the best experience at Kiddie Academy! It's a wonderful community of caregivers and we couldn't be happier to be part of the community there. Our toddler is thriving, and she is so excited to go to school each day.

My oldest daughter has been attending Kiddie Academy since she was four months old. She's now 2.5 and we plan to keep her there until Kindergarten. She has really flourished at Kiddie Academy! She has learned so much and has made really great friends. All of the teachers we have interacted with are absolute saints and seem to really love their job! I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a daycare or preschool for their child.

Our son has had a really hard time adjusting to pre school. All of the teachers and directors have been so kind, loving, supportive and patient with him while he’s adjusted to the big change! His teachers Ms Jocelyn and Ms Laurel are fantastic and have gone above and beyond to make him feel happy and comfortable in a new environment. We love that we have access to the cameras and get daily reports with what they did and learned during the day along with photos. Having access to the cameras and reports allows us the opportunity to communicate with him about his day, what he ate and what he learned each day. Super happy we chose Kiddie Academy.

My child has attended the school for more than a year now and we are happy to send her this school. All of her teachers and staffs are caring and supportive to our child. We appreciate all of their help and kindness to her!I highly recommend this childcare center if you’re considering!

I really appreciate all the care of the schools and Daycare with the children, but really Kiddie was not the best for my daughter, I was really disappointed with so many attitudes of the coordination of this school; when I said that I was not comfortable with the attitudes of Ms Marina, to hear from a person who should be at the forefront of any and all concerns of parents that Ms Marina has been at school for a long time, was absurd for me, in which I understood that if I was not comfortable my daughter should withdraw from school and not the teacher... I asked her to watch Ms Marina's video with me and she refused, so she said that she could have a behavior in which she was not correct... my daughter felt excluded, sad, and could only continue at school when an angel by the name of Wendy helped me to transfer classes, remembering that the school's condemnation still refused to seek for the reasons I, as a mother, worried... yes, Ms Marina proves to be rude and very severe with her students , but they are children aged 3, 4 years old… One detail, I was without access to the cameras that we had access to for a few hours, then I could not access them. watch the cameras mom and dad, don't be enchanted by the structure of the school, our children need love and affection instead of the structure of a school facade… here is my assessment of a completely disappointed mother.

We have been at Kiddie Academy since my daughter was four months old. They do a wonderful job bonding with the kids and teaching them things. It is a very safe and clean facility and my daughter has very good friends and loves all of the teachers she has had.

Very disappointed in the correspondence with the owner Deepika. Extremely rude. I had called a couple of times to get Info on a summer program. I was told they accepted state assistance but if not I was going to pay fully out of pocket. I had called to ask how many hours state assistance would cover and got told a couple of times state might not cover the whole portion or the hours. So I said no problem, called state to clarify and they said they will cover the full cost and the full 10 hours a day. I called the daycare back and talked to the sweet front desk girl but again she said she’d confirm everything with owner and get back to me. But never got a call back, so I called again and instantly the owner hops on the phone and says haven’t we told you NO numerous times? …Excuse me? She says state won’t cover this. I responded with well yes they said they will? And she gave me a amount and said I could clarify with state they’d pay it. So I called state back and they said yes?.. So instead of calling again, I email and she responds with “ you’ve called serveral times and we keep telling you we don’t accept State…. Ma’am no one once told me they don’t accept it. Including you. Other wise you wouldn’t have had me call them for more questions. Anyways, I take pride in professional encounters and I feel maybe they should get their info straight so I wasn’t wasting my time.If I was told NO in the first place there would be no reason for me to keep calling back. ?

Excellent experience. The teachers and staff are wonderful and truly care about the kids. You can tell how well they know and understand each child's different needs and wants and we were sad to say goodbye when our last child went off to kindergarten!
