If you are thinking of working for this company just know that if it's to good to be true it probably is....They falsely advertise stating that they pay you per day BUT they really only pay you once the load has been dropped off. If your truck breaks down and you are unable to dump the load, you don't get paid for the day. Even if you are dispatched for a holdover load, you do not receive payment for that day, only the day you drop it off. They do not go into any detail in the pre-hire paperwork on the fact that if you can't work for their extremely unprofessional company, they will charge you TERMINATION fees amounting to just under $400.If you have to take your truck to Washington to be worked on, you do NOT receive any compensation for the time being there whether it's for 30 minutes or 6 hours. These are just a few examples of the things that were NOT discussed in orientation.Oh, also,You will receive deductions from your paycheck after the probation period to have the truck washed WEEKLY.All I can say, be diligent in reading every single paper placed in front of you, because they do not.
