In the past 14 years I have worked with Jodi for all of my Mortgage needs, she has never let me down! My credit was barely adequate and my finances were tight for my first Mortgage, but Jodi found a way and came through with a great rate! Belay Mortgage was incredible. Brie was so extremely helpful. She went above and beyond with us, helping us in numerous aspects. This company made the whole process a breeze and we did not feel overwhelmed at all. Being a type-A person myself, I appreciated the checklist Brie provided with dates of everything throughout the process. With that, we knew what needed to be done and by when. Jodi White and her team at Belay Mortgage are stellar! They made the buying process simple through the use of an online application tool. In the initial consultation, Jodi walked us through what to expect and answered every question with ease. We were quickly preapproved and able to shop immediately for homes in our price range. Buying in a sellers market made it tough for our first few offers to beat out others and, in an effort to give us an edge, Jodi offered several suggestions that ultimately improved our chance of being accepted. Jodi and her team were always responsive to our questions, which were plentiful since we were first time home buyers. We were happily surprised with a loan rate much lower than expected.
