“Ian and Kevin, the new owners of Pacific Gold And Silver are awesome to deal with. Whether you’re buying or selling their prices are fair and transparent. I feel comfortable and safe with this location (in the old part of Vancouver). Contrast that with the Portland precious metals experience (nothing against those gentlemen, as they are great to deal with as well) where you are in a creepy part of Portland on SE Powell blvd. and homeless people are everywhere. This makes a difference when you are a woman. Main Street in the old part of Vancouver feels very safe. I’ve always had excellent experiences with Kevin and Ian at Pacific Gold And Silver. They are very fair and honest and this is my number one coin shop now.”

She called Rand even thought we did not get our jewelry from him, and he offered to take a look at it and resize it same day. He got us in the next day with an appointment. When we arrived early, Rand welcomed us in and had my ring fitting in less than 10 minutes. He was so kind, did this as a courtesy for us and wouldn’t even let me buy him lunch or tip as a thank you. “This is a fun place to visit, even if you are not looking to buy anything. They have quite a bit of clothes, some furniture, and other odds and ends that are interesting or cool to see. Some of the prices are a bit high on items, but I am sure one can find something that works for them as there is so much to see. There are a few parking spaces available reserved for the place, so if they are not overly busy, you don't have to street park. Recommend a visit to House of Vintage.”

“PICK UP: Overall this is a great service that is offered. It's very convenient. You order online, pay online, then drive up, either use the app or call them to let you know you arrived and then they bring groceries to your car. My main problem, and this happened twice, is that they will not give an obvious replacement if your item is there. For example, I ordered everything for a sandwich, lettuce, tomatoes, break, sandwich meat, mayonnaise. I got everything except the break. Yes, I did order Franz Bread (or something like that) and instead of getting me a different 9 grain break, they just didn't give me any bread. They normally offer something but this time, nope. The problem was that I picked up on the way to work so that I could have this for lunch for the week. Guess what I had that day for lunch. Rolled meat.”
