Terry Karstendiek restored my faith in insurance agencies. I was referred by a neighbor and he went on and on about how great she was for so long I finally agreed to reach out and it changed everything. She found that our home coverage was way too small, corrected it, and it still wound up being cheaper. She cut our auto insurance rates in half. I was astounded. JD Fulwiler is an excellent company. I recently bought some life insurance from them and they made the process a breeze. All of the options and how the various types of life insurance work were explained to me so I had the information to select the appropriate policy for me. They were very clear about what the process looked like and made me feel very comfortable as a first-time life insurance purchaser.

JD Fulwiler was happy to accept my monthly payments for about 3 years. Then when a tree fell on my home from a windstorm they were absolutely terrible. I'd referred about 5 people to them over the years too. I could not get them to explain why the majority of the damage was not covered and when I asked them if I should hire an attorney or a public adjuster they told me that it was "company policy that we can't speak with you". One person told me not worry that "you're insured and your home will be put back the way it was" less my deductible. The insurance covered less than 25% of what it actually cost me to do that. I probably should have hired an attorney but the whole process bothered me so much on a personal level that it was important for me to step away from i
