Is there a way to figure out which photographer took my family photos around 6pm on 9/14/24? It was for the Wizardly Event. He was phenomenal, but I can’t remember his name. He made this the best photo session I’ve ever had and I would love to book with him again. Having a good photographer makes a HUUUUGE difference. Loved him, 5 stars

I had a JCPenney Customer Service Representative submit a JCPenney credit card application that I never gave permission for. I already have a credit card with them, which I told her I did not want to use for the purchase. She told me she needed me to enter my information for an existing card holder discount which would not require me to put the purchase on my account. When entering my info, I told her it better not be for another application. She assured me that was not the case. She said it was to look up my existing card. She then told me my credit card was on hold because I hadn't used it in a year. Within a few weeks I received a credit application denial letter from them. The reason for denial was because I already had a card with them. A few weeks later there was an inquiry showing up on my credit report from JCPenney's. I am VERY frustrated to say the least. I was concerned and skeptical of her intentions at the time and I'm convinced she benefited by some sort of incentive plan. Be careful about providing them with your information.

Extremely confrontational and rude cashier by the lower doors and manager is even worse. They tried to gaslight me saying a product I found in the clearance section wasn't on clearance. Went to the Clackamas store and had much better service. Vancouver Mall JCP also smells TERRIBLE, like a wet moldy attic. Lost a customer for life trying to pinch pennies ? have fun going out of business

Did a curbside order for two packs of socks. Arrived at 1202PM and marked that I had arrived. I waited until 1230PM until I ended up leaving. 30 minutes for two packs of socks? I know JCP is dying, but this customer service is hot garbage.

I was looking for someone to do my hair since my stylist quit doing hair. I called on a whim and the opening was with Katie. I am so happy I have her as my stylist. She is knowledgeable, listens to what the client wants. But she isn’t afraid to intervene if it will possibly ruin your hair. I’ve now had my second appointment with her and just scheduled my third! Thank you Katie!!!

I've been a JCP customer for over 50 years great staff at the mall excellent product line.
One complaint 11:00 AM opening on Saturday what a shame, I mean really the Mall is open but not Penny's? Someone needs to rethink this policy, just saying.

The staff at this location are extremely unprofessional. I came in this afternoon and was initiating a return. The associate working the checkout bottom floor was super rude. She interrupted me and told me to go upstairs for the return. I told the associate on the top floor I had a return and she says "of course you do."
This is extremely unprofessional and I will not be shopping at the store in the future. Save your money and shop somewhere else that treats their customers with respect instead of disgust.

The sales associate was very helpful today bringing numerous pairs of pants to the fitting room until I had the perfect ones.
