Ryan kept us waiting for over an hour past our appointment time. He prepared our Ca return and made a $1500 mistake. No answer at the office and he won’t return our calls to his direct line. Don’t trust this office in either the tax prep or support after prep.

Jackson Hewitt did my taxes this year. It was my first time using them. I am beyond excited with my experience. Not only did Ryan Cook get us a very handsome return, but the knowledge I walked out of there with is far more priceless for my future with taxes. Their abilities to navigate all of our assets was tremendous. They were even able to itemize between my wife and I to maximize each one of our returns. Never used a tax preparation agent before, always used TurboTax, after my visit today with Jackson Hewitt in the Orchards area, I will never use TurboTax again! I couldn’t be more satisfied with my return and the professionalism and insight the agent had! Best tax return I’ve ever had!!! Thank you

Our first time at Jackson Hewitt, we got help from Ryan Cook who was absolutely amazing. He was straight forward and answered all the questions we had. He was kind and knew exactly what he was doing! I highly recommend this place and especially getting help from Ryan! We will definitely be back next year.

I use to use H&R Block for years till I had a very bad experience... Since then I have been using Jackson Hewitt Tax Service in Vancouver off 76th and they are AMAZING!!! Friendly, professional, and I know I'm getting the most refund possible. They have my complete trust, I'm am so thankful I found them!
