Tracy Dow at the Mill Plain Walmart in Vancouver Wa did a excellent job of explaining to me about the process of filing my taxes. I told him that I am hard of hearing and he made sure that I was able to read his lips by facing me. I do hope he will come back to the Mill Plain Walmart location next year. If he is not back next year,I will be requesting Tracy to do my taxes again.

I did a drop off service it was quick and easy the person was so nice and within a day or two I was ready to go sign papers, when i got there to sign the person explained everything to me and asked if i had any questions. I am very happy with the service
