Such an easy transaction and wonderful staff (Jenny)! I walked in without a reservation and Jenny found a unit that suited my needs for a very reasonable price. It was towards the end of the day but she was very efficient, kind, and funny in getting me through the process of getting a unit and the associated paperwork.
I was able to get all my stuff moved it pretty quickly. They have a cart for use and the units are protected by a keypad.
Very easy and affordably priced!

Jenny was very patient and helpful with my rental of a Penske truck and car carrier. I highly recommend going to Jenny at iron Gate storage for your rental needs!!!

The staff in the office are so nice and helpful! The sign up process was quick and easy but I didn’t give 5 stars because after paying, I still wasn’t able to get into my unit for a couple days because there was a lot of miscommunication and I wasn’t given the gate code and their office hours kinda suck. Aside from that, great place!

My mom happens to work here, but the store manager was the one who helped me with the transaction of renting a truck to move. My mom took the initiative on making the reservation and was amazing at finding a drop off location closer to where I live now for my convenience. Overall great customer service from both of them!

Good area, reasonable rates, friendly staff. Had my unit for a good couple of years, and then out of nowhere, (after they changed management and introduced a new portal to pay bills), I get an email letting me know there would be a 30% INCREASE IN RENT. I understand that businesses need to adjust their rates to accommodate for inflation, but going from $100/month to $130/month was just a little too steep for me and I could no longer justify keeping it, among other factors such as moving much further away. I’d still recommend this place to anyone looking for a local storage facility, but definitely shop around first and see if there’s better rates elsewhere.

So when there was construction going on be the storage unit, that got thi mice to come in the facility and getbinto our unit !!! The ruined a bunch of stuff. We told the staff about it and the got the problem resolved really fast. Located in a decent area

I've had my storage unit for over 6 years and never missed a payment until they changed their online system. When it was updated it prevented me from logging into my account. I attempted to reach out to fix the issue and wasn't contacted until my account was 2 months behind. Then after being told the extra fees would be dropped if I pay the 2 months before my unit was auctioned on the 25th. It's the 18th and now I'm being told I have to pay not only the previous fees but additional fees as well cause they cut my lock and opened my unit after agreeing to drop the fees.

Jenny was a breath of fresh air. I was next-door at the competitors the day before today it was horrifying absolutely horrifying! Jenny welcomed me with a big smile!! She made a hectic day so much better answered all my questions walked me through everything. I highly recommend for anybody that needs a storage facility.

Reasonable rates, friendly staff, easy bill pay. Only thing I don't care for is at my location, you must get out of vehicle to enter gate code, every time you enter and exit the facility. That aside, I'm very happy with service.

2 stars because the staff here are very nice. However this review is for Penske, which I picked up from this location.The prices are way overly inflated. A 16ft truck and trailer to haul a car cost over three thousand dollars. I do this run every 6 months or so and this was more than 3x the average cost over the past couple years. Penske does not seem to service their trucks. This particular truck has horrible alignment (picture posted of driving on a straight road with the wheel turned to the left), the right side track for the rolling door was partially detached, and the stability control was out most of the trip. I had called Penske road side assistance for the Service Stabilitrack light, but they told me it was fine as long as it wasn't icy out. There was also a horrible screeching belt sound the whole trip and the trailer wheels were cambered to odd angles. Thank goodness we made it safely.At the pick up location, I arrived about 15 min late and the truck and trailer still hadn't been checked in. It made me so late that my movers arrived before me and they had been scheduled to arrive an hour after the truck pick up.Penske sent me to a closed location to drop off the truck and trailer, even though I had spoken to someone there the night before to confirm. Then I had to go 30 additional miles out of my way to drop it off at a different location. Evidently you cannot use a key drop box with a trailer. This added hours to my day and commute and additional gas costs.After speaking to a Penske customer service representative I was offered 100 dollars back. This seems miniscule, it's only enough to cover the gas for the extra trip. I'm very disappointed.

Good secure place. Staff is moderately friendly but lack communication amongst the employees. Clean but expensive.
