If I could give a higher rating I would. I had a dead car battery and a busy weekend ahead of me. When I finally was able to get a jump and drive over to interstate, I realized they were closed. I missed them by ~20 minutes on a Friday night. After making some calls in the parking lot, an employee who was closing up in their yard noticed my stress paces and walked up, pointing out I hadn’t shut my car off. I explained it was dead and difficult to get the jump. He opened the store back up, and by the time someone else was done checking me out I walked outside to find him tightening the last bolt after installing the new battery for me. Couldn’t believe the service and cannot recommend these folks enough. THANK YOU!

I was stuck in the Fred Meyer parking lot with a door latch issue that prevented me for closing my door. Parked next to me was an interstate battery truck and the driver (Brian) was inside. I needed extra hand to fix my latch issue so I waved at him asking him to pease come out. He gladly gave me a hand and FIXED my door latch! He was on his lunch and totally not obligated to help me, he was just being a great person. I really appreciate you Brian! I will use interstate batteries from now on because of you lol.

Great sales person checking my battery and putting in a new one. I did have a very hard time finding the place as I did not write the address down or have directions and the lovely lady on the phone talked me through it and I got there before they closed!!!

It was time to get new battery for my car so I stopped by Interstate Batteries. The person who helped me knew exactly what type of battery my car needs; which is slightly different than the usual battery because I have a Hyundai Sonata. The service was great and quick with reasonable price.

Just bought a battery from them and I spent a 190 dollars on the battery no problem There is a sign that says they will charge $25 to install the battery I asked for them to do it the guy looked at me said we don't do it on tracks OK so then he goes and gets the battery brings me my change plops the battery down. I carried that battery out in the rain which is OK but the battery was heavy didn't offer to carry the battery out to my truck for me. Now something tells me if I was a cute little lady he would have carried the battery out. Also that sign should say we will install the battery on cars NOT TRUCKS
